• Fifteen students of 2016 out-going batch were selected for TCS Remote Internship Program

• Three Industry (TCS) Research Problems are worked out by the student teams of CSE Dept. under TCS Remote Internship Program. They are -– Latency based Routing-SDN

– Implement OSFP/CSPF on SDN

– SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) simulator to generate traps for given MIB (Management Information Base)

• Smart India Hackathon 2017 is a World’s

biggest Hackathon

– Around 30 ministries have posted about 600

problem statements. Around 7600+ teams

from all over India have submitted solutions

to these problems. Around 1200 teams have

been selected for presenting their ideas at

different nodal centers (around 30).

– From AP 20 teams, Telengana 11

teams, East Godavari Dt. 10 teams got

selected.

– 11 teams from our college have submitted

solutions to various problems.

– 6 have been selected for final Hackathon
