The current duty charge as above shall be subject tothe following conditions>

1. The above officers shall draw pay and allowances of the post of Supervisor-Gr.IjGr.l1 heldby them on substantive basis while discharging current duty charge of the post of ChildDevelopment Project Officers. They shall have no right on the post of Child Development ProjectOfficers (Group B Gazetted) in any manner including seniority and pay scale. No additionalremuneration will be paid to these officers for performing current duty charge of the post of ChildDevelopment Project Officer. The Department reserves the right to withdraw the current dutycharge at any time without assigning any reasons.

2. As per GOI decision (3) below FR 49, the officers will be performing only the routine day today duties of non statutory nature. The officers appointed to perform the current duties of CDPOshall not perform the duties ofDDOjHOO and also shall not exercise statutory powers, whetherthose powers are derived direct from an Act of parliament, e.g. Income Tax Act or Rules,Regulations and By-Laws made under various Articles of the Constitution, e.g. Fundamentals Rules,Classification, Control and Appeal Rules, Civil Service Regulations, Delegation of Financial PowersRules etc.

All the above officers are stand relieved from their present place of posting withimmediate effect with the direction to report to their new place of posting.

This issues with the prior approval of Director, Women & Child Development.
