Exhibitors may enter only one article in any one lot. All work must be suitable to be viewed by all audiences. The artwork must be submitted by the artist or their representative (parent, grandparent, or teacher) with the permission of the artist. All entries should be mounted on card stock, matte, stretched canvas or in a frame. Each piece of art MUST have a hanger on the back (string/wire)! EACH CLASS ROOM FROM EACH SCHOOL that enters at least 10 entries will have an opportunity to win an ICE CREAM SOCIAL AT THEIR SCHOOL SPONSORED BY THE RHEA COUNTY FAIR. Artwork can be collected by a Fair Representative from each school; if each teacher will make sure that all Entry Forms are clipped to the Art and that the entry form has the Classroom Teachers name on it. When there is more than two items to be displayed in a Lot; the items must be arranged on a piece of paper, mirror, material, in a box or someway to keep the grouping together.
