Dear, sir With reference to above subject, I would like to inform you that: there are at our site sup contractor DEPA co, zone (J) level (-9) using unsafe welding machine. This causing to taking place electrical shock.

Please we need to resolve this problem as soon as possible to prevent any hazards inside the site. .
