• NAD 83(2011) State Plane Colorado Central FIPS 0502 FT US
• National Adjustment of 2011
• Aligned NGS passive control physical marks and active control system
(CORS)
• CORS coordinates were re-processed using CORS data collected from
Jan ‘94 to Apr ‘11
• Created new realization NAD83(2011) Epoch 2010.00
• CONUS adjusted with 79,546 stations and 1,113 CORS
• New network accuracy: 0.9 cm horizontal, 1.5 cm vertical at 95%
confidence level
• Median change : about 2 cm horizontally and vertically

• DRCOG has developed a new web map that shows the
signal timing projects in our region
• Every year, this map will have the last 10 years of project
data
• Select features to get attribution for the project and view

PLANIMETRIC PROJECT UPDATE

• In June 2016, DRCOG and 21 partners completed a project to develop planimetricfeatures from the 2014 DRAPP imagery.
• Contributions from DRCOG and a CDOT grant filled in gaps between the 21 partners AOIs – so even if your organization was not a partner, we may have captured data for you!

• What: updating the 2014 planimetric datasets using the
2016 imagery
• When: Q1 & Q2 of 2017, select vendor by November
• Who: 25 potential partners, looking for more!
• Why: To leverage the data we’ve already captured, keep
data current and useful (remember: updates are MUCH
cheaper than new collections from scratch)
