Who can get services at the School-Based Clinic? Any child with a Denver Public Schools (DPS) identification number and signed consent – regardless of insurance or immigration status.

What services are offered?• Well-child check/well-adolescent checks (including sport physicals)• Health education• Dental (at select locations)• Immunizations• Prescriptions• Injury and illness care• Individual, group and family mental health counseling• Vision and hearing screening• Care for chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes and depression

Cost and services All services are provided at NO COST to families. Students and their families will not have to pay co-pays, deductibles or fees to be seen. Insurance may be billed, please talk with a clinic clerk for more information.

Appointments are encouraged and can usually be made for the same day or the next day.

¿Quién puede recibir servicios en la clínica escolar? Todo niño que tenga un número de identificación de las escuelas públicas de Denver (DPS) y un consentimiento firmado, sin importar el estado de su seguro médico ni su estado migratorio.
