Introduction
Paneltech have been manufacturing dental cabinetry for over 20 years. The dental sector remains a major part of our operation. We regularly carry out very large multi room surgery fi t outs and are relied upon for our fl exibility, dependability and aff ordability while at the same time understanding all the industry regulations and design requirements.
Ensuring such projects proceed and complete
on time and to budget depends on the
systems in place to manage work fl ow, which
is an area we have invested heavily in and
which gives us the confi dence to undertake
such projects regularly. The same principles of
a large mulit room surgery are actually just as
applicable to a single dental practice, the client
is just as important, the same systems and
project management skills are still employed
and this helps explain why we are currently one
of the UK’s largest dental cabinetry providers.

surgery layout. Each cabinet has a unique
identifi cation number enabling easy selection
and ordering.
The Paneltech standard range of dental base
cabinets listed on the following pages can
be modifi ed in height, width and depth to suit
requirements.
The cross sectional drawing (right) represents
a typical layout allowing a 130mm void at the
rear of the cabinets for services. This void
is accessible via the removable back of the
cabinets.
Base Cabinetry
At the heart of a dental surgery is the cabinetry used, we have a very popular off ering, which is
robust, aff ordable and which comes with industry leading warranties and after care. At the same
time we are able to accommodate bespoke requirements. We are constantly developing and
refi ning our range to make use of the largest developments in materials and best practices.

Standard Specifi cation Overview
This is our standard range of dental base cabintery, all widths are standard, however these may be
altered upon request.
Carcasses are manufactured from 18mm White MFC, exposed surfaces can be manufactured
from a wide range of materials including laminate, MFC, Labgrade, Parapan, Vinyl and Foil. These
are all available in a wide range of colours many with matching PVC lipping as required. Please see
colour swatches within this brochure for our standard collection.

Example sterilisation room
The Sterilisation cabinetry range is similar to
the surgery range of base and wall cabinets,
the primary diff erence being the height and
positioning of the cabinets.
The height of the cabinets is 900mm high to
allow sterilisation room specifi c equipment
to fi t underneath the worktop. The increased
height also provides a more comfortable
working height for standing users.

Solid surface & laminate worktops
The 3 standard options available for Dental practices are:
1. Surgery worktop - Solid surface
2. Surgery wortkop - Laminate
3. Sterilisation room worktop - EcoLab 20
Worktops are designed during the cabinet layout design process and are then manufactured in-
house using the latest screen-to-machine software and CNC equipment. If required, cutouts for
sinks and sockets can be applied at this stage.
Worktops
Paneltech Industries’ range of worktops have been designed specfi cally for dental surgeries and
sterilisation rooms.
1. Surgery Worktop - Solid Surface
12mm Solid surface material with an MDF
sub-frame formed to produce a 38mm
thick worktop, with integrated upstand
and plant-on capping.
Matching solid surface sink basins can be
added if required.
2. Surgery Worktop - Laminate
A wide range of laminates can be
postformed around a 30mm MDF core
with integrated upstand and plant-on
capping.
3. Sterilisation room - EcoLab 20
20mm EcoLab solid surface material
selected specifi cally for sterilisation
rooms can be cut and fi nished to
measure and will provide a durable and
hygenic fi nish.
