Notting Hill Housing Trust - Phase 3 - Contract F

Woodside Fortis Green

Contract Value: £235,000This project consisted of window repairs and replacement to various properties in the Londonof Hammersmith and Fulham. The work included replacing windows in disrepair with UPVC windows and also repairs to patio doors on the ground �oors.

Contract Value: £185,000The project involved renewal of defective casement and sash windows. All windows were refurbished and repair work to damage stone works were also included.

Denison Close

Contract Value: £614,000Denison Close project is slightly larger than the one described in Gasgoine Road. However, these �ats arepurpose built homes for the elderly. There were also lots more elements to this project which the primary works were window repairs and replacement but also slate roof replacement. Like all the other projects mentioned these works were carried out whilst occupied and most of the time whilst theresidents were in the building. We had to ensure that there was minimal disruption to the residentswhilst work was carried out.

Contract Value: £465,000Although the contract value of this project is larger than the described for Gasgoine Road. There wereother elements within this project. As well as window repairs and replacement, the project also includedbrickwork repointing and stone repairs.
