implement project to replacement provisioning core engine based on Tibco technologies in 2

countries Slovak and Czech Republic.

Modern, scalable and standardized technology implemented by this project improve effectivity and cost management related with definition, provisioning and maintenance for all telecommunication services delivered to clients. Using Tibco technologies has long term effect in transparency and easy to manage product catalogue and other services.

Client was looking for Enterprise Test Case management and Issue tracking platform with OTRS integration and local Czech support. Final solution should be hosted in cloud and with guaranteed SLA level of 99.5 % uptime/availability results.

During project implementation of new provisioning platform for one of the biggest European operators occur new request about Test management System with valid parameters and automat module for Java tests integration.

To deliver "Testing as a Service" for project which replace Core Banking/Insurance System was part of delivery of an effective tool for Issue tracking and Test Case Management with some special customization related with client processes.

Coordination and Strategy Support department focused on improvement of many aspects of software delivery and software testing was challenged with “All in one solution” to cover big blind space related to test management and reporting to clients.

Software testing department identified new task related to better management of testing process and looked for a simple, open and user friendly tool for effective test case management.

Cloud solutions based on JunoOne Test Case Management were stored in hybrid GCP cloud with guaranteed SLA. Based on client requirements there was implemented a complex module for OTRS integration and client testers were trained.

Immediate increase of cross check over testing process. Client was able to plan better and monitor project progress.

Specific technical requirements to integrate many test cases into automation flow put huge impact to platform to be able to cover all in one solution. Application JunoOne was integrated with Jira platform for issue synchronisation and also with Jmeter tool.

Upgraded maturity of testing model with all relevant modules from Planning, Designing, Test Execution to Reporting in short time gives implementation team more space to focus on important project issues.

From the beginn ing the whole implementation team was cl ient oriented with main focus on project targets. During the project there was implemented a custom module for Operation Log as well as hundreds lines of codes based on  custom client requirements.

Main benefit of TCM tool JunoOne implementations was in clear situation about project status related with validated functionality. In complicated environment with many vendors J1 give us really strong tool to find bottlenecks.

Implementation of this specific solution was driven from the beginning like OnPremise installation JunoOne tool with al l integrations into cl ient infrastructure. Integration of big software house with modern and native solution was impacted with many special conditions.

Change from free and low level test case management tools to new JunoOne brings more professional software delivery and reporting. And t h a t w a s t h e a i m o f t h i s implementation.

Cloud instance of JunoOne customized by client with special conditions for testing environment in new Food D e l i v e r y i n d u s t r y . W h o l e implementation process covered client methodologies defined on workshops.

Huge impact on effectivity when the whole team switched test cases stored in Excel into new online application for Test Case Management and Issue Tracking.

security solution primarily in CEE region. Based on previous experience they designed a new

DevSecOps applications for threats mitigation and action based security solutions.

Development of this new set of products for Start-Up improved position of new company and increased value for new investors and implemented solution brings to clients a new weapon in fighting with cyber security crime.

Vendor - DENEVY - is a company that builds an application for Synapsa company. Solution is

based on standard frameworks and Java based technologies orchestrated in DevOps and CI/CD

environment.

Besides of new specialization gained during this project, the used technologies had a big impact to future company routing. Security solutions and enterprise technologies used for project delivery changed many aspects in team specialization and improved our situation in this industry.

Network security automation is the process of carrying out security tasks using machine intelligence instead of human workforce in computer network environment.

For many organizations, security incident management process is very complex. The increase in alerts and events, year-over-year, together with increased security tools and a lack of skilled experts, results in an inadequate response to daily business security threats.
