PURPOSE OF JOB
To grind and regrind tools to the production schedule, plan and control of equipment all within the broader guidelines of DLS Policies and Code of Conduct
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS To grind and regrind tools Dispatching of blunt tools for regrinding. Move hardware. Preservation Neatness of stores and offices. Arrange shelves and updating location on Q-Muzik. Marking of hardware. Receiving and issuing of production equipment. Tracing outstanding hardware. Setting up and removing of tools according to tool list. Tool fixture and gauge control.
CRITICAL SKILLS Application of basic storekeeping knowledge and principles. PC literate (Application of Microsoft Office Pack). Experience in administration. Application of basic storekeeping knowledge and principles Product knowledge. Problem solving.
JOB REQUIREMENTS N3 Qualified artisan / Work related experience in tools setting. 1-3 Years Experience Courses in Quality.
