Conclusions
1. Dendrogeomorphological methods are showing to g p g gbe an alternative and complement to traditional hydrological-hydraulic methods in places where there are no gauging data and rainfall recordsthere are no gauging data and rainfall records statistically reliable enough.
2. In the Taburiente National Park this methods are allowing to reconstruct past flood dates, their frequency and infer the orders of magnitude offrequency and infer the orders of magnitude of the flood discharges, which can be useful in the prevention and management of flood risk.
