A place where items with value are bartered among the community with no exchange of money. While still in it’s preliminary stages, I someday plan to find the right community to help me start exploring this way of life.

ToolMarket.com is online presence for a local automotive tool distributor. It has gone beyond the expectations of any current online tool distributor with over 16k parts paired with the ability to download marketing materials you’ll need to sell your merchandise. We took this time to also redesign many previous publications and catalogs.

Scumbles Texture Tools

The Inspiration comes an artist’s life and tools I create to explore texture. These original tools make it easy for anyone to create texture in limitless medium/surface combinations. An immense amount of knowledge was learned about product design, package design and marketing.

Dialect Magazine Group Collaborative Project

Based off of Cite Magazine, Dialect became a full semester project that had an entire class participating in funding, concepting, designing and publishing a full color magazine with a run of 10, 000. I helped in the advertising revenue and also created a spread featuring a local artist in Milwaukee, Lindsay Marx. I photographed her large scale drawings and created this detailed layout reflecting her style of drawing.

The Beatles Kinetic Type Anthology

To get my feet wet in After Effects, I used my love for the Beatles for this kinetic typography mini-film. Mixing a variety of my favorite songs, I animated an original typeface to the mood of the songs.
