SALE NOTICE UNDER SARFAESI ACT, 2002 (HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS Act) r/w SECURITY INTEREST (ENFORCEMENT) RULES, 2002 (Hereafter referred to as Rules) Offers are invited by electronic mode through https://denabank.auctiontiger.net. to be submitted by 2.30 pm on or before 19.09.2015 for sale under SARFAESI Act, 2002 of the following properties in the Symbolic Possession of the Authorized Officer of the Bank strictly on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS AND WHATEVER THERE IS BASIS” towards recovery of our secured debts + interest & other expenses thereon from below mentioned Borrowers & Mortgagors.

3. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) shall be deposited through RTGS/NEFT/Fund Transfer to credit of Account name

SARFAESI EMD- 0517, A/c No. 051711999999, Dena Bank Shahada Branch, IFSC code: BKDN0520517, for Property pertaining to Shahada Branch, before submitting the bids online.

The bidders may inspect the secured asset between 1.00 PM to 3.00 PM on 14.09.2015 for which they should contact Shahada Branch, Tel. No. 02565-223746. 4. After opening the bids, the intending bidders may be given an opportunity at the discretion of the Authorized Officer to

have inter-se bidding amongst them to enhance the offer price.

5. The bid price to be submitted shall be above the Reserve price. The highest bid will be subject to approval of the Secured Creditor/Authorized Officer.

6. On completion of the auction, the successful purchaser shall deposit 25% (less the EMD amount paid) of the sale price

immediately and balance 75% within 15 days failing which the Bank shall forfeit the entire amount already paid/deposited by the purchaser. In default of payment, the property shall at the discretion of Authorized Officer/Secured creditor be sold to second highest bidder or re-sold and the defaulting purchaser shall not have any claim.

7. The purchaser shall bear the expenses on stamp duty and Registration Charges, if any.

8. Any statutory and other dues payable and due on the secured assets shall be borne by the buyer.

9. The Bank reserves its right to reject any or all offers for one or more properties, without assigning any reason

whatsoever.

10. Borrowers will have to produce their Photo Id & Address Proof at the time of Sale.

11. Further inquiries if any and/or terms and conditions for sale can be obtained from the Branch Manager of Shahada Branch. The Offers not confirming to the terms of sale shall be rejected. The successful purchaser, on payment of entire sale price and on completion of sale formalities, shall be issued a Sale Certificate as per format given in SECURITY INTEREST (ENFORCEMENT) RULES, 2002.

STATUTORY 30 DAYS SALE NOTICE TO BORROWERS / GUARANTORS:

This is also a mandatory notice of 30 days as per the provisions of the Act to the Borrowers/Guarantors/Mortgagors of the above accounts informing about holding of auction on aforesaid date and redeem the property/properties if so desires, by paying the secured debts mentioned here in above before the scheduled auction.
