Dell’s one-year Finance
Graduate Program (FGP) is
to develop talent beyond
analytical skills by focusing
on key soft skills and
interpersonal competencies
necessary for success at
Dell. This program is
designed to nurture the
future leaders of Dell.
Focusing on accelerated
development of university
graduates FGP includes:
Development sessions and trainings in
four areas: finance, leadership, soft
skills and technical skills
Paring with mentors from company’s
management
Networking and exposure to executive
leadership
Enhanced communication and
presentation skills
Regular feedback and career
development planning
Program curriculum:
The two-semester curriculum covers all
development areas which are necessary
for fresh graduate to start up their career
in international finance organization within
a successful multinational company.
Sessions with subject matter experts are
delivered in classrooms, case study
assignments, practical trainings and team
projects. In both semesters FGP members
are highly involved in networking and
volunteering activities.
