THE PROCESS

FIRST: You’ll start by and letting us know which package or projects you’ll need. NEXT: We’ll discuss the timeline of your project and schedule your phone design consultation with Christine.

THEN: A 100.00 deposit is required to secure your spot on the schedule. Please send the deposit via paypal to: [email protected]

THE FUN PART: You’ll fill out the attached questionnaire, and start gathering design ideas. We ask that you really think, look, and feel while putting together your inspiration. You can create a pinterest board of ideas, but we encourage other examples as well. We ask for this so that we see a common thread of your style and put together a brand that works with your business and personality seamlessly. The more insight and focus you have regarding your branding, the better. Design is a process, and good communication between client and designer is a must!

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

Logo design is the most important piece of branding you can have, and requires the most time and thought.We generally give you 3 initial concepts and 4-5 revisions. Our goal is for you to love your logo, so if there are a few extra revisions, we are happy to make them. You will have your initial concepts within 2 weeksfrom time of payment.

We only take on 3 clients at a time, to ensure our full attention to your project.

Project is to be paid in full before work begins, deposit is taken off the total.

All files will be provided upon completion of project, delivered electronically and set up for print or web as needed.

You will be provided with PDF files for marketing material, and JPG & vector EPS of the logo. PHOTOGRAPHERS ONLY: Any files with photos will be provided as layered PSD’s so that youcan change them as needed. You will also receive a style sheet: including the branding images, names of fonts, and colors for print & web. We keep all design files stored and backed up every night, so you can add on to yourbranding when needed.

We always do our very best to have your project finished within the time frame discussed. Things can happen that can sometimes delay he process on our end (illness, etc.). Alternately, if these things happen on your end, we totally understand. Refunds are not given once the design process has started, as we have reserved the time and space for your project.

If for any reason you need to completely stop the design process due to being busy, etc. we will do our best to start back up when you are ready, but it will depend on our current workload at the time.

By sending your deposit, you are agreeing to this process and are being added to the design que. This serves as a contract between you, the client, and Deluxemodern Design.
