British Columbiansagree with VickiHuntington when it comesto taking big money out ofpolitics.

That’s according to anonline survey sponsoredby Dogwood Initiative, aB.C. citizens’ advocacygroup. The survey resultsmade public last weekshowed 86 per cent ofBritish Columbians wouldsupport a ban on corpo-rate and union donationsbefore the next election, including 81 per cent of

B.C. Liberal voters and 91per cent who voted for theNew Democrats in the lastelection.

B.C. is the last largeprovince in Canada toallow unlimited dona-tions from anywhere in theworld, including in munic-ipal elections. The groupsays the survey, conductedby Insights West, suggestthis has left the publicdeeply cynical about theposition of ordinary citi-zens in democracy.

It’s also whatHuntington, the second-term Delta South inde-pendent MLA, said when

she introduceda bill in the leg-islature recentlyto ban corpo-rate and uniondonations fromprovincial andmunicipal poli-tics.

Her proposalwould also limitcampaign con-tributions to$1,500 a yearand prohibitdonations from individu-als living outside the prov-ince.

“British Columbia isthe Wild West of politi-

cal financerules,” saidHuntington.

Sheattemptedto introducea similarmotion a cou-ple of yearsago but sawthat proposedamendmentdefeated.

A few daysafter she

introduced the bill againlast month, the NDP intro-duced a similar motion. The NDP had also previ-ously tried to introduce

a similar bill on politicalfinancing reform, only tosee it defeated as well.

Two years ago, the pro-vincial government didintroduce some new elec-toral financing rules butcampaign expense limitsand who could donatewere not included.

Premier Christy Clarkrecently promised tolegislate even more trans-parency around politicalfundraising by introducing“real-time” disclosure ofpolitical contributions, butstopped once again shortof banning union and cor-porate donations.

They’re hoping the newfederal government willseriously consider solv-ing the local dredgingdilemma, says Mayor LoisJackson.

Jackson was part of adelegation that recentlywent to Ottawa to meetfederal officials to discussseveral issues of concernto Delta, including theneed for a sustainabledredging program for thelower Fraser River second-ary channels.

“I think the bottom lineis, yes, we do need to haveongoing dredging and ithas to be sustainable overthe next many years. Ofcourse, we bought to theirattention, again, that theSt. Lawrence Seaway, eventhough they don’t dredge, they certainly need atremendous amount ofmoney for ice breakingand it eats up about 80

per cent of thebudget… we’rejust looking forsome equityhere.

“We havea huge eco-nomic invest-ment in theFraser Riverfor fishingand industryand all kindsof things. Wesimply have toconvince thefederal gov-ernment it’stheir jurisdiction and weneed them to take care ofthe side channels so theydon’t silt in. We made ourpitch to several people inOttawa.”

Dredging of all channelshad been a federal respon-sibility until 1999 whenthe port authority tookover dredging, but only themain navigational chan-nel was maintained. Thatmeant silt accumulated in

the secondary channels.The volunteer Ladner

Sediment Group lob-bied for years to rectifythat situation and in late2012 the group finallysaw some success withthe announcement of a$10-million project todredge the channels inLadner and Steveston. Theprogram was completed inFebruary 2015.

There’s $1.5 millionremaining that will be

allocated for future dredg-ing maintenance, but thatwill be all the dredgingthat gets done unless newmoney somehow becomesavailable.

Jackson said even beforethe funding that’s nowalmost gone was granted,Delta had been seekinga pool of money to be setaside whereby the interestcould be used for mainte-nance dredging.

A Delta staff report lastfall noted: “The river con-tinues to deposit sedimenteach year and, withoutregular maintenance anddredging, the channels willcontinue to fill in and willeventually reach a criticalpoint when a major dredg-ing effort will once againbe required.”

Delta signed on earlierthis year to a new groupspearheaded by theLadner Sediment Groupaimed at the developmentof a management plan forthe lower Fraser River.

As if the demand wasn’talready high enough,Delta and Richmond havebecome even more soughtafter for industrial devel-opment.

According to a recentreport by Avison Young, new construction andtransportation infrastruc-ture continues to reshapeDelta’s expanding indus-trial market and attractinvestment from all quar-ters, while the maturationof Richmond’s industrialnodes has proven attrac-tive thanks to sustaineddemand and ongoing lowvacancy.

Listing examples of thestrong industrial salesand leasing activity inDelta and Richmond, thereport notes sales activ-ity in Delta in 2015 wasthe second strongest onrecord. Meanwhile, strongleasing activity and a lackof supply pushed vacancyin Delta below five percent for the first time sincespring 2009.

The report adds therewill be “intense demand”

from investors and owner-occupiers to relocate orexpand over the next 12months.

While Delta remainsa hot market, a recentstudy commissioned bythe Vancouver FraserPort Authority found thecurrent supply of trade-enabling land in the Lower

Mainland will likely beexhausted within 10 years. The report also concludesthat industrial land locatednear major rail and roadnetworks is needed forwarehouse and distribu-tion centres so goodsmovement can be doneefficiently.

“Specifically, sites with

proximity to Deltaport,Canadian NationalRailway or CanadianPacific Railway inter-mod-al yards, and Highways#1, 91, 99 via the SouthFraser Perimeter Road, allhave the potential to hosta major logistics hub,” theport report notes.

The port authority

report also concludes thatlocating such facilities farfrom a port, and even out-side the Lower Mainland, would mean increasedtruck traffic, more conges-tion, higher consumerprices and environmentalimpacts.

Those findings arecontrary to an inland port

study undertaken by Deltatwo years ago that foundeconomic, social andenvironmental benefits ofinland ports.

The port authority hasapplied to build a sec-ond container terminalat Roberts Bank, lead-ing environmental andfarmland activists to warnthat it will put even moredevelopment pressure onfarmland in Delta.

A letter to theCanadian EnvironmentalAssessment Agency by theDelta Farmers’ Institutealso warned of such a sce-nario.

“Over the last decade, almost 400 hectares offarmland has been lost toimpacts of port develop-ment, the TsawwassenFirst Nation treaty agree-ment and the construc-tion of the South FraserPerimeter Highway. IfRoberts Bank Terminal 2goes ahead, agriculturallands will be further underpressure and as much as600 hectares will be ear-marked for port-relateddevelopment,” wrotevice-president ClarenceDeBoer.

‘Intensedemand’onindustrial landStrong sales numbers and lowvacancy rates putting pressure ondwindling supply in region

There’s a continued demand for industrial property, particularly sites in proximity to ports and rail yards.

Canadian Publications Agreement #212490

Wednesday’s circulation is 16,493Friday’s circulation is 16,943

This paper is made of 40%recycled newsprint and printedusing vegetable inks

This is an issue our new DeltaMP can really make her own.

There aren’t many mat-ters specific to Delta that fallunder the purview of the

federal government, so this is an oppor-tunity for Carla Qualtrough to not onlydemonstrate she’s got the community’sinterests at heart but to also show ushow the new gang in Ottawa operates.

I’m referring to the need to dredgethe secondary channels of the FraserRiver, a situation that has been rectifiedin the short-term but one that requireslong-term stability. It seems prettystraightforward in the sense that siltwill invariably build up over time, sounless dredging is undertaken on a reg-ular basis, the waterways will go fromaggravating to dangerous to eventuallyunnavigable.

The situation became a real politi-cal football, but thankfully enoughpartners came to the table to under-take a couple rounds of dredging thatwrapped up early last year.

There’s $1.5 million left over fromthe $10 million project that will now gotoward somemaintenance dredging, but once that money is spent, there’s nomore.

That would be fine if we could some-how stop the silt from accumulating, but given that’s not going to happen, acommitment is needed to fund ongoingwork. Since it was the Liberals back in1999 that downloaded the responsibil-ity to create the mess in the first place,it would seem appropriate for the newLiberal regime to remedy the situation.

A Delta delegation raised the issuewhen it was in Ottawa last month, andothers have added their voices to thecause, including the Ladner SedimentGroup that started the whole move-ment the better part of a decade ago,but this thing needs a champion, which is where Qualtrough comes in.Although a political rookie, she washeld in such high regard by PrimeMinister Justin Trudeau that she wasone of just three B.C. MPs appointed tocabinet following last fall’s election.

I’m sure she’s being pulled in a mil-lion different directions these days, butQualtrough pledged, both during thecampaign as well as after her victory, that her riding and constituents wouldbe her No. 1 priority.

Well, the good folks that rely on thesecondary channels need her help.Maintenance dredging is a no-brainer.It’s time the feds bucked up.

Champisrequired

If you are renting, this piecewill not give you muchcomfort.

Much is being writ-ten these days about

house prices, especially in theVancouver area. Many feel priceshave got out of control and somehave suggested our politiciansneed to take action. Such hopedoes not seem to bring on anychange to what is happening.

And it’s spreading. In Victoria,a sample of current transactionsshows houses selling for morethan one-third above assessmentand sales taking place within justfive days of listing.

My view of all of this is that weare in a cascade of events thatwill be hard to stop or regulate. It starts with offshore wealthseeking a safe haven— namelyVancouver real estate. Buyingoverpriced property means littleif it increases in value, or even ifit stays the same for a while. Thefunds have escaped to Canada—beyond the reach of other govern-ments.

The seller of the first housesells for, say, $4 million, and thenhas to replace his house. So hegoes to Kerrisdale and buys ahouse for, say, $3.5 million. TheKerrisdale homeowner then

goes to Richmond and buys ahouse for $3 million, and thathomeowner arrives in Delta withover $2 million to buy a house.Whether overpriced or not, thecash is in hand.

The provincial government isreluctant to interfere as votersmight get hurt if prices drop. Theoriginal investors are continuingto arrive with a suitcase of cashlooking for the safe investments. As long as countries such asChina are tightening up on graftand corruption, and restrictingthe export of cash, these transac-tions will continue. There are justtoo many with the capability toget around whatever rules are putin place.

Restrictions on citizenship and

residency to buy real estate mightwork, but not without muchtougher rules than what are nowbeing discussed. When you com-pare us to London or Singapore— two alternatives these investorsare aware of — we are a bargain. Our proximity to Southeast Asiamakes us a favourite place toinvest. Our rules are quiet lax incomparison.

Imposing a non-resident tax ofsay 10 per cent on a property pur-chase means little if the propertyincreases in value by 15 per centper year. Prohibiting non-resi-dents from purchasing is a prettytough policy used in some areas. It can still be circumvented bypurchasing through a third partysuitably dressed up.

So what can be done?Government controlled rentalhousing is one alternative thatmight work — in the short term.It might be funded by additionaltaxes levied on non-occupied,non–resident properties.

Otherwise you need to lookat how to get in the game. Jointownership of properties is oneoption being used in London.Others are available, but not with-in my word count here.Ian Robertson is three-decade

homeowner in South Delta.

Editor:Re: Restrictions would

only backfire, letter to theeditor, April 29

I find E. Robson’s objec-tion to reducing or elimi-nating noise from powerwashers shallow and mis-leading.

I’ve washed my entirehouse and painted it fourtimes over the last 44 yearswithout making a noise,so it’s fact that so-calledprofessional house clean-ers like E. Robson couldrun their businesses justas considerately. It’s just aquestion of knowing how.

Windex, Scotts, 30Seconds and a few othercompanies have solutionsthat are sprayed on withgarden hoses or with quiet

sprayers. No or little elbowgrease is required beforerinsing away the dirt andmildew these solutionsloosen. They do not hurtplants if their easy direc-tions are followed.

Noiseless, effective, efficient cleaning — whatcould be more considerateand more professional?

And there are quietalternatives to the noisymachines that so-calledprofessional gardenersand handymen and othersuse, but they cost a littlemore. Not a lot more, justa little more. One wouldthink professionals wouldequip themselves withthe quietest machineryinstead of the noisiest.

Other jurisdictions have

tried to persuade residentsand so-called profession-als to use quiet washers, weed whackers, mow-ers, leaf blowers and soon only to hear the falsenotion that quiet machin-ery is weak machinery. No, quiet machinery is notweak machinery, it merelycosts a little more.

Why isn’t Delta’s licens-ing department insistingthat businesses be profes-sional? That is, why can’tlicensees be required toequip themselves withquiet machinery andprove through testing theyknow of better and moreconsiderate — quiet —ways of conducting theirservices?

Editor:Re: Trump cartoon

insulting, letter to the edi-tor, May 4, and Times weretoo horrific to be trivial-ized, letter to the editor,

May 4In reply to the two let-

ters criticizing my edito-rial cartoon, I was indeedrevisiting history andmaking a comparison. Many others have alreadydone this before I drew thecartoon, and typing intoGoogle the words “Trump”and “Hitler” will reveal aplethora of similar com-

parisons.Hitler began his rise to

power in an atmosphereof hard economic times(the Great Depression), byidentifying visible minori-ties and others as being toblame for the bad timesthe German populationwas going through. Hitlersucceeded in drawingout politically unsophisti-cated persons with limitedknowledge and high levelsof frustration, who did notnormally participate inthe political process, bymanipulating their fears

and prejudices.Donald Trump appears

to be using a similar tacticagainst the background ofthe 2008 economic melt-down.

Both Hitler and Trumphad supporters (in Hitler’scase, the Brown Shirts)who used violence againstnon-supporters at rallies, with both leaders condon-ing this activity.

It might be hard forTrump supporters to swal-low, but there are indeedsimilarities.

Editor:Re: Heritage value mightnot save house, May 4Once again a perfectly

good heritage house ismore than likely to be torndown. I know it is difficultbut it is time for the peopleof Ladner and Tsawwassento act; write letters to our

MLA or to the Corporationof Delta. This little cottageshould be saved.

Tearing downmost her-itage houses will make ourneighbourhoods drab andredundant. Sell to overseasinvestors? The idea makesme sick, and I am prettypositive I am not alone on

this feeling.Take one look at the

glutted and gridlockedmess that Steveston andRichmond has becomeand learn to love it;because that is our futureif we cannot come up witha viable solution.

Floss came to the shelter as a stray intact female rabbit. We suspectshe was owned at some point as she’s quite friendly and easy tohandle. Floss is quite a little personality, she’s often found interactingwith anyone or anything in the room. She’ll follow you back andfourth along her pen and she’s always on alert for anything new toexplore. We’re waiting until she’s recovered from her spay surgeryto see if she’ll be interested in making other bunny friends.

Stay tuned for more information on Floss as we get to know her!

We are on the cusp ofthe celebration of Mother’sDay. It is the annual rec-ognition of the significantplace of mothers in ourlife. Captain Obviousmight say something like,“If it weren’t for mothers, none of us would be here.”

It is a good thing toremember and give thanksfor our mothers but weare reminded in scriptureto do more than just givea passing nod of recogni-tion, ”Honor your Fatherand Mother”— which isthe first commandmentwith a promise — “thatit may go well with youand that you may enjoylong life on the earth.”(Ephesians 6: 2-3)

To honour our mother isto speak with high respect, esteem and distinction. In a world where thesewords seem to have lost

some of the substance oftheir meaning and import,it is all the more vital thatthe day of honouring,Mother’s Day be upheld sothat each generation seesthe inner meaning of ourwords and our outwardactions give witness tofaithful intent.

It is also vital that ina world where too oftenthe relationship betweenchild and mother has beendamaged, distorted or bro-ken that we come alongeach one in the relation-ship and pray fervently forreconciliation and healingwhile encouraging ave-nues of practical support. All too often easier saidthan done.

Reality toAbstractionatGallery 1710Current SouthDeltaArtists Guild show tackles abstract artwith an exhibit of originalworksNOREEN FAIRWEATHEROptimist contr ibutor

What exactly is abstract art? Realitywe can easily understand; it has beena major focus of art since people liv-ing in caves thousands of years agodepicted their lives in natural colourson stone walls.

Since then, as knowledge, tech-niques and science advanced artists’capabilities, reality held in landscapes, portraits, battle scenes — until quest-ing minds began exploring differentways of expressing artistic thought, and what we broadly termmodernart, including abstraction, hit theworld as it turned to the 20th century.

London’s Tate Modern Museumoffers a simple definition: abstractart does not attempt to represent anaccurate depiction of a visual real-ity but instead uses shapes, colours, forms and gestural marks to achieveits effect.

The South Delta Artists Guild istackling abstract art with Reality toAbstraction, an exhibition of origi-nal artwork that opened yesterday. It runs through to May 29, Thursdayto Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., atGallery 1710.

The exhibit is one of many guildactivities this spring, including itsmuch-anticipated annual juried Oiland Water competition, which began

back in 2004. This show is open to anyartist working in any medium, andclosing date for entries is midnight onSunday. Full details on registrationare available at www.southdeltaartist-sguild.com.

Jurors are Barrie Chadwick, SusanCowan and Perry Haddock, signa-ture members of the Federation ofCanadian Artists, and top prize amongmany awards is $1,000. Oil and Waterruns June 2 to 25 at Gallery 1710.

Building on recent survey resultsand a very successful year, guildworkshop committee chair LindaBell announced plans to increase thenumber of workshops offered this fall,at reduced fees. And a new free even-ing program designed for membersstill working will run twice monthly, beginning Wednesday, May 11 at 7p.m., under the leadership of GeofHacker.

Patricia Fleming, executive directorof the Earthwise Society, has invitedguild members who wish to work “enplein air” to bring their gear and lunchto paint rain or shine in the EarthwiseGarden beginning tomorrow from 11a.m. to 2 p.m.

The South Delta Artists Guild’sannual meeting and election of offic-ers will be held Monday, June 6. Fulldetails of guild activities and programsare available at www.southdeltaartist-sguild.com.

BattleRoyal—revisitinghistoryinSussexTranquil landscape belies bloodyhistory of battle that sawWilliamofNormandybecomekingMARGARET DEEFHOLTSOptimist contr ibutor

What couldbe moretypicallyBritishthan a

cuppa tea? And, almost1,000 years ago a break fortea (in a manner of speak-ing) changed the courseof English history. Or so acharming little tale goes.

I’m standing on a knollin Sussex, England. It is aglorious August morningwith a light breeze playingthrough the trees.

Before me lies a tran-quil Constable landscape:a field cross-stitched byhedgerows, which mergesinto distant woodland. Theonly sounds are chitteringsparrows and the far-offrumble of traffic float-ing up from a thread-likehighway.

Scroll back to Oct. 14,1066. The field in frontof me was in turmoil.Norman archers spewedarrows, Saxon battle-axesflashed murderously andthe thunder of cavalryhammered against theconsciousness of thewounded and dying.

William of Normandywas getting the worst of it.The Saxons had the advan-tage of being positionedon the hill (where I nowstand), while the Normanson the field below werebeing steadily pushedback.

As the day wore on,both sides were exhausted. It was a civilized thing inthose days to pause to takestock and possibly nibbleon some refreshments.

Tea time (or its equiva-lent in Anglo-SaxonEnglish) brought abouta mutual lull in hostili-ties — or so the story goes.

That’s whenWilliam ofNormandy came up with abrilliant idea.

The earlier about-turnattack by the Normans hadended in near disaster forthe Saxons. What if theentire Norman army onthe flats at the bottom ofthe hill feigned retreat?

The Saxons would, nodoubt, pursue them, andonce lured onto a levelplaying field (so to speak),the Normans could thendo an about-face — andfight to the death.

It worked. King Harold, pierced in the eye by astray arrow, lay dead, afterwhich Saxon morale col-lapsed, and William ofNormandy became king ofEngland. He was the lastinvader ever to success-fully occupy Britain.

Today, Battle, the actualsite of the conflict, is asmall hamlet about 15 kil-ometres north of the betterknown town of Hastings. In celebration of his victo-ry or — depending on whoyou talk to — in atone-ment for the thousands ofsoldiers slain on the bat-tlefield on that fateful day,William the Conquerorbuilt nearby Battle Abbey.

Henry VIII, who hadscant patience with theAbbey’s significance, all but destroyed it inhis drive to eradicateCatholicism in England inthe 16th century.

With the dissolution ofmonasteries, the Abbeychurch was reduced toskeletal walls and I pauseto read a slab at the siteof the original high altarwhich marked the actualspot where the Saxon kingwas slain.

The ancient Cloistersand Dorters in the Abbeygrounds, where the monksonce had their living quar-

ters and dormitories, stillhas an aura that makes forhushed conversation.

Battle’s market squareoutside the Abbey groundsis busy and I decide to“slake my thirst” at a medi-eval pub, Ye Old King’sHead, whose signpost hasan artist’s impression of animpressively mustachioedKing Harold.

Over a shandy and aploughman’s lunch plate,a group of locals strike upa conversation with me.

They are regretful thatI’ve missed the big eventof the year — the two-week Battle Festival, heldeither at the end of May orin early June.

“It’s a grand time tovisit,” one of them says.“People dress up in medi-eval costumes. There are

jugglers and street musi-cians and everyone has ajolly time.”

Back on the street theweather has turned capri-cious. A steel-grey sky

and thin drizzle sends mesprinting to my car. As Idrive away a roll of thun-der unfurls like distantgunfire. Perhaps the ghostsof Battle are at it again.

It was business as usual for oneand a breakthrough for another asa pair of girls rep teams from theTsawwassen Soccer Club celebrat-ed Coastal Cup championships onthe weekend.

The ’98 Blues made it back-to-back titles by capturing theU18B crown with a 3-0 win overRichmond Ravens at a sun-soaked Aldergrove Athletic Parklast Saturday. Moments earlier, the ’99 Blues claimed their first-ever Coastal crown with a 3-2victory in penalty kicks againstVancouver Wolfpack. in the U17Bfinal. Both teams will enjoy somewell-deserved time off beforebeginning preparations for theProvincial Cup Championships, slated for early July in Penticton.

The Coastal triumph continueda dominating second half of the

season for the ’98 Blues. They earlier captured the B.C.

Coastal League Cup tier one finaland have not lost a game in fivemonths. The success comes at atime in youth soccer where repteams can become vulnerableat the tier three level as playersget pulled in so many directions, especially in their Grade 12 year.

Yet, the Blues keep marchingon. After somewhat scraping byat U17, their roster was expandedto 18 with the addition of threeplayers from North Delta who alsoimproved the team’s overall talentlevel.

“A lot of the success has to dowith the girls’ flexibility,” saidBlues coach Lisa Bremner. “Theymake it work because they justlove it. We typically train everyTuesday and Thursday and theytry to be there as much as theycan. They deserve all the credit. For the last five years, it has been

a 10-month season for them.”The Blues know all about get-

ting ready for provincials. Theywill be making their fifth straightappearance in the tournament. The girls will get a month off tofocus on upcoming grad eventsand final exams, then begin train-ing for one final shot at provincialgold. Tsawwassen was second ayear ago and also have a bronzemedal.

“We came close last year andit’s definitely going to be the onething we will be focusing on,”added Bremner. “Anything canhappen but it would be a greatway for these girls to go out.”

The ’99 Blues already knew theywere headed to their first-everProvincial Cup but were lookingfor more against rival Vancouver— namely two losses in theLeague Cup playoffs, including a2-1 defeat in the final.CHAMPIONS: see page 27

goal from ShannonWilson, Shae Wesslerput the Blues in front with a 30-yard freekick to the top left corner. Just minutesaway from victory, the Wolf Pack equal-ized when they managed to re-direct theirown free kick.

When overtime couldn’t break thedeadlock, the teams headed to penaltykicks where the Blues promptly tookcontrol. Wilson, Wessler and Mary Bergerall converted their attempts, while goal-keeper Abby Parson made two hugesaves. Vancouver’s third attempt hit thecrossbar, ending the drama.

According to coach Richard Lowe, it’sbeen quite the journey over the years toachieve this breakthrough season.

“There’s a lot of side stories to this withkids being injured and other stuff,” said aproud Lowe. “I told the girls they had toforget about everything else going on andtackle their challenges head on. It took anentire team effort to achieve this.

“I was so impressed with how theyresponded after they tied the game on asoft goal. They knew exactly what theyhad to do.”

Meanwhile, in “A” Cup action, a pairof Delta Metro Selects teams continuedtheir outstanding seasons with victories.

The Selects blanked Langley United3-0 in the U16 boys final. Delta also took

the U15 girls crown with a 3-2 win overRichmond FC.

Both teams earlier won league titlesand will be looking to complete the“triple” at provincials in July where theyreturn as defending champions. Thattournament takes place in Burnaby.

She loved to sing and spentmany years in the church choir and as a popularleader of the ladies guild. In 1976 Sylvia and Kenretired to Ladner BC.

Sylvia was a quiet, kind and gentle person. Shereally enjoyed her house and home, close friendsand neighbours, but had to transition to residentialcare a few years ago. She made some newfriends and kept the old. Thanks to everyone whotouched a part of her life with friendship, kindnessand joy. A special thanks to the staff at KinVillageand Peace Arch Weatherby for kind and compas-sionate care and to Dr. Paul Dubord who kept hereye sight from failing for over twenty years.

There will be a private Funeral Service at the cemetery.A Reception in her memory will be held at thefamily home on Saturday, May 7, 2016, 1:30 - 4:00 pm.
