R12 background2011 experience successfully upgrading from Oracle 11.5.10 to a 12.x release:In 2011, six implementations and upgrades within R12.1.x environments.R12 analysis and related business process change analysis for Financials implementation or upgrade:In 2011, more than seven R12 assessments including Fit/Gap analysis for companies running Oracle EBS applications, specifically related to Oracle Financials and Procurement business processes.Current R12 projects for Financials:Three current R12 Financials projects including assessment, plans, implementation and deliverables. Each project includes a database upgrade to 11G. Experience using the new tools and utilities available in Oracle 12.x.:Using new tools and utilities to eliminate customizations, getting 11i custom objects to work as required in the R12 environment, including reporting objects, interfaces and other custom objects.Experience in Oracle 11g:For the last 2 years, DBAK has upgraded more than one dozen customers to Oracle 11g including leveraging new features available within 11g. Clients range across multiple industries and applications.
