Welcome to

New Orleans

Welcome to Confluence 2018 – NIIT’s annual customer conference at the Roosevelt, New Orleans.

This year, our theme is, “Delivering Extraordinary Value”. Many organizations are looking to reinvent themselves as new digital technologies and business models increase digital disruption across industries and generations. The challenge is that this reinvention has to take place at an extremely rapid pace. As value propositions change, there is no better time for the L&D function to not only reinvent itself but also step up and become a high-value strategic enabler. The time has come for L&D to deliver extraordinary value to drive transformative people and business impact.

Our speakers will share their insights and journeys of creating, enabling and delivering unmistakable value. We hope you will enjoy the insightful sessions we have planned for you.
