Introduction This document describes the design and functionalities of the public website for the STARR project. It lists the initial contents of the website. All screenshots present the state of the website at the time of document submission. In addition to the website, this document presents the design of a flyer which was made during the first six months of the project as the initial dissemination material.
Project website
A public website is opened on the following domain:
http://www.starrproject.org
The public website will be used to present basic information about the project, periodically report about the project activities, give contact information and present project results. The website is designed to be user-friendly and allow easy access to all relevant information for possible end users.
At the moment of publishing this document, the public website contains the following pages:

The Group
The Project

Home page The first page which the visitors see when entering the website is the home page which is presented in Fig. 1.
The home page consists of the following parts:
Banner with logo, project title and animation
Menu linking to the main pages of the website
Search bar allowing the user to search for a term on the website
Information about the project
Summary of news where each item links to the corresponding news

The Group page The Group page presents the consortium and the role of each partner, their location on the map of Europe and
links to each partner’s website. The initial content is presented in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
The Group page contains two sections:
Consortium (presented in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3),
Project boards (under construction while writing this document).

The Project page The Project page will contain information about the project objectives, results, deliverables and all relevant
information regarding the completion according to the Grant Agreement (GA). This section is initially divided
into three subsections:
Objectives (containing the information about the project objectives as defined in GA),
Impact (containing the project impact as defined in GA),
Work packages (graphically showing the relation between different work packages).
Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 present the information presented in this section at the time of writing this document,
excluding the header and footer which are inherited from the Home page.

Media & Dissemination page This section of the website is dedicated to promoting results from the project and informing the possible end
users of the project events. It is also used as the main portal for disseminating the material produced in the
project. Initially, this section contains the full information about the following news:
Press release about the start of the project, titled “THE STARR PROGRAM: A SYSTEM OF SUPPORTED DECISION MAKING AND SELF-MANAGEMENT FOR THE PREVENTION OF RECURRENT STROKE”,
Information about the first technical meeting held at RT-RK in Novi Sad, Serbia, on 10-11 May 2016,
Information about the acceptance of the conference paper at e-Health Conference in Paris,
Information about the first round of user interviews held in France, Sweden and Spain.
The page will be regularly updated with new events and materials for users. The snapshot at the time of writing
this document is given in Fig. 7.

Contact page This page allows anyone to send an e-mail to the project coordinator through a web form presented in Fig. 8.

Project flyer
The first physical dissemination material created for project promotion is the flyer presented in Fig. 9 (front
page) and Fig. 10 (back page). It gives the brief overview of the project and gives basic information about
partners, project objectives and contact information. Further dissemination materials and activities planned are
summarized in D9.1 [1].
