Installing LearnCore's Native Salesforce App
Requirements:
• LearnCore Professional+ Account (Learn & Test or Pitch IQ)
• Salesforce Enterprise+ Account
• Access to Your Organization’s SFDC Main Admin

1. Have your organization’s main Salesforce Admin navigate to the LearnCore install link. For some, the majority of the installation will be automatic based on SFDC’s predetermined configurations. If the steps are manual, proceed to the next step.
2. Once logged in and everything loads, you should see a Salesforce page like the one below. The best option is to select Install for All Users. Then, click Upgrade.
3. Allow Salesforce’s install to run.

4. Once the app’s installation is complete, select Done toward the right hand side of the page.
5. You will automatically be taken to the following page.
6. Under Build in the left hand navigation panel, select Customize > Opportunities > Page Layouts to set up the Opportunity Course connections.

7. To start, select Edit Assignment. Add Opportunity (LearnCore) Layout.
8. Once the Opportunity is created, the result will look as follows:
9. Click into a user’s Opportunities page to verify it worked. Admins should see three tabs Home, Opportunities, and LearnCore Admin Management. Select LearnCore Admin Management to set-up and create the rules to tie Courses to related Opportunities.

When the Opportunity triggers the Courses, Learners will see an in-page view of the course summary – including top pitches to help them communicate the message and land the sale, their readiness level in terms of course completion, and direct links to coursework so they can refresh their memory just in time.

1. Select the username dropdown Click on “Setup”
2. On left-side menu, select “Create” then click on “tabs”
3. In the “Web Tabs” section, click on the “New” button

4. Follow Steps to create the LearnCore web tab:
Step 1: Choose Tab layout – select “full page width”
Step 2: Define Content and Display Properties (screenshot on following page)
Tab Label: LearnCore
Tab Name: LearnCore
Tab Style: Select desired style/color from list
Content Frame Height: 700
Splash Page: None
Description: Customize as desired (ex: LearnCore within Salesforce.com)
Click next to go to Step 3

Available Merge Fields:
Select Field Type: Organizational Fields
Select Field: Leave blank
Copy merge field value: Leave Blank

Share top performing pitches via Salesforce Chatter to ensure the best examples are displayed across your team.
To do so, pop into Pitch IQ Management on the Admin side. On the desired pitch response, select “Actions”.
From there, select “Share to Salesforce” in order to post on Salesforce Chatter.
You will need the Salesforce App downloaded and installed in order to share to Chatter.
