Production of series of compact substations is the result of long time experience and development of experts DELING Ltd company. Materials (concrete prefabricated elements and Al sheets) of which Substations are made ensure reliable and safe operations, long life, wide range of possibilities for arrangement of equipment. Wide range of types of Substations ensures the fulfillment of the most users needs.
Production of LV distribution switchgears in a modular system opens a wide range of different configurations. LV distribution switchgears include wide area of application in power distribution and industrial facilities, as well as in the service sector facilities.
New in DELING manufactory program are distribution switchgears that are manufactured and assembled by the agreement of TTA Striebel & John, Germany.

Standard compact transformer substations
10(20)/0.4 substations are intended to transform the voltage and supply consumers with electricity at low voltage. Thanks to their dimensions and external appearance they fit into any urban and industrial area.
Compact substations are produced and type tested in accordance with standards: EN 62271-202, IEC 60071, EN 60529, EN 6043-1, EN 60947-1 In licenced laboratory of Končar institute, have been made type test and we got certificates for all compact SS which are made in accordance to standard IEC 62271-202. Certificates include all types of CSS except substations with three transformers.

Compact substations are divided by type into two main groups and two subgroups: Group 1 consists the KBTS types Enclosure of various sizes are made of AB base, bearing steel structures and reinforced concrete prefabricated elements, who form the body of the SS, and a concrete or Al roof. Ventilation doors and blinds are made of aluminum, corrosion protected is realised with electrostatic powder coating and facades color based on relief or optionally by the Purchaser order, substations have a high degree of natural ventilation. The subgroup is divided into SS with outdoor and indoor operated.
Compact substations have the application in the terms of the aggressive environment (humidity, solar radiation, dust, salt fog).

Group 2 consists the LMTS types ... Housing of different sizes are made from the concrete base, corrosion protected steel structure and prefabricated profile components made of aluminum sheet δ = 3mm, which form the construction and body of SS. The roof is a compact, consisted of prefabricated profiles, and ventiation doors are also made of sheet aluminum δ = 3mm. All the elements of LMTS are protected against corrosion with electrostatic process of painting , painted in light gray or color as desired by request of customer. LMTS were grouped in the compact substation subgroup with the outdoor operated.

In the substation is possible to install SF6 insulated MV switchgear of different manufacturers and types, and in SS with indoor operated as well as other types of MV switchgears. LV assemblies are the standard, distributive, or combined depending on the requirements of the customer, and it is possible to place automatic panel for power factor correction. Into the transformer boxes is possible to mount reconnectable transformers up to 1000 kVA, under which in the plane of concrete basehave beeb installed metal oil tube for collecting of possibly leakage oil.

Production and assemblage LV switchgears for distribution according to the TTA Agreement: DELING - ABB Sriebel & John Germany
Characteristics of LV distribution switchgears LV switchgears are intended for distribution of electricity and control of electrical drives and processes in industry at the low-voltage level. They are produced for short circuit currents up to 60 kA, and type tested up to 2500 A. Above 60 kA and up to 4000A distribution switchgears are manufactured and assembled by standardized configurations (agreement by ABB Striebel & John) and have a status of type tested assembly switchgears, with short circuit currents up to 100KA. The structure of switchgears is made of perforated two pickled steel sheet thickness of δ = 2.5 mm, interconnected by welding or using the technology of assembly with prefabricated profiles and corner fixing casts, licensed by Striebel & John. The front door opens to the angle of 120°, and side as well back sides according to demands or as fixed covers. Cover with a lock or a combination of fixed and hinged cover door can be used for access to equipment from the back side. Swinghandle on the front door has three point of fixing. For placing equipment inside the switchgears a vertical and horizontal supporting frames are used, they are made of perforated steel plate pickled δ = (2 - 3) mm. The switchgear is composed of structures consisting of modular kits which can be built up in different combinations able to cover applications in distribution. IP degree of protection, depending on the conditions and the installation site, is IP20 to IP55. High level of IP protection is achieved by using automated technology for placement polyurethane seals on doors and switchgear covers. Corrosion protection is performed by electrostatic powder coating, in standard RAL 7032/7035 color or in the shade as required by the Purchaser.
Switchgear dimensions are standard, but depending of the conditions on site they may be different. The standard dimensions for switchgears are: Freestanding type ISL: Width 400-1200mm, Depth 400-900 mm, Height 1600-2200mm. Upgraded/Installed Locker NL type: Width 400-1400mm, Depth 200-350 mm, Height 550-1400mm.

Production of switchgears is based on a modular system, so that opens up a vide range of configurations options. Free standing wall and distribution switchgears in the IP30 - IP54 protection are completed with PVC insulation panels, which use completely prevented accidental contact with parts of live elements.

Distribution switchgears manufactured and assembled by the standardized configurations have the status of type tested assembly switchgears. Verification of compliance with the standard configuration does Striebel & John, and also verifies the type-approval for the assembled switchgear according to verified scheme.

Medium voltage, metal-clad, air-insulated, arc proof switchgears
Main features of DELS switchgear Metal-clad, air insulated switchgear. Intended for energy distribution on medium voltage level, for indoor installation, arc proof testing. Parts of the switchgear are separated by metal barriers that are connected with cell grounding, and the parts that are under voltage are in the air. It is equipped with a mechanical safety blocks, and switching devices and earthing are controlled from the front with door closed. Commissioning, maintenance and service can be implemented from the front of the switchgear. Provides a wide range of functionality with any application, it is easy to configure, with wide selection of equipment for installation: gas and vacuum circiut breaker, V contact, the standard current and voltage transformers or power sensors of new generation. Switchgear was performed with modular assembly which eases montage of standard cells one to another in a coordinated manner. Retrofit Type 1: Near-wall type plant, metal enclosed cubicle with fixed low oil circuit breaker etc, measuring transformers, disconnectors.
Retrofit installation is done by mounting pannels with removable CB and screw spindle for positioning into service and test position. This type of "PowerCube" panel may be with or without earthing switch. Replacement of the measurement transformers is carried out depending on the age and technical parameters. Busbar disconnector can be retained optionally, replaced or disassembled.

Retrofit Type 2: switchgear with fixed low oil CB with the pull cart, cubicle type NS900 Energoinvest etc.
Retrofit is performed by installing a fixed CB onto base with flexible connections to existing or replaced conductive insulator - connector. The toggle elements are prearranged to achieve the blocking function for preventing incorrect manipulations, according to appropriate standards. The LV boxes are fitted with protective, monitoring and controling equipment. Measuring transformers are replaced and built at the same position.

Retrofit installation is done by mounting pannels with withdrawable circuit breaker and screw spindle for positioning into operating and test position. Cassettes can be with or without earthing switch , and is equipped with movable metallic shutters across the contact terminals and blockings to prevent incorrect manipulation of the circuit breaker and earthing switch.

From practical experience, the parts of switchgear that are subjected to intensive wear are the contact assemblies and operating mechanisms of circuit breakers, as well as the electromechanical relays. Metal enclosures, busbar arrangement supporting frames, insulators, secondary wiring and transformers age less rapidly and their remaining lifetime is comparable to that of a new installation. Replacment of worn-out componentes with more modern, sophisticated ones provides not only failure-free operation but improved system performance.
Compered to the demolition of the substations and erection of new ones, retrofiting has the following advantages: -(60÷70) % the price of a new installation - No demolition and construction investment -No approval procedures -Minimum idle time -Short fulfillment time
