Delft Golden Pears and Plums
Crochet Blanket
First runner-up in Delft Crochet Blanket Colouring in Competition
Kate Wotton
2
First runner-up
Golden Pears and PlumsKate Wotton,
Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.
Kate’s inspiration:
I also used favourite china for my inspiration – a
tea set of my Grandmother’s decorated with gold and
green squares and finely painted pears and plums.
Jane says:
Kate’s coloured in entry as we liked the opulence of
her colour palette, but I have to admit that I wasn’t
convinced it would work – that was until I saw the
completed project! I love it and think it is going to
appeal to lots of crocheters.
