ENTITLEMENTS, TERMS & DISCLAIMER

ENTITLEMENTS

Fees paid are towards Conference Attendance, Delegate Kit, Lunch & Coffee at the venue.

This is a non-residential conference. Fees do not include any accommodation or travel or any other incidental costs/requirements of the Delegate.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.

Registration/s will be confirmed only after payment is received.

On-site/ walk-in registrations will be on first-come-first-served basis only.

Fees should be drawn favoring "TF Conferences Pvt. Ltd. The organizers will not take cognizance of payments in transit and

under no circumstances will credit be extended to attendees seeking credit for payments in transit. In case of cheque payments, delegates need to ensure that the payments reach the organizers before commencement of the Event. Only local Company Cheques/ Demand Drafts, cash equivalent or credit cards (Master/VISA) will be accepted at the venue.

On confirmation, delegates will be provided with a badge and delegate kit at the venue and against their signed acknowledgement of the same. Delegate Badges issued are "non-transferable". The organizers reserve the right to disallow a confirmed delegate from transferring his/ her badge to any other person.

Attendees are requested to display these badges at all times. Please note that attendees will not be allowed to enter the conference halls without these badges.

Attendees are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The organizers or the hotel management will not be held responsible for any items reported stolen, misplaced or missing. Hotels do not provide for cloak facilities at the hall.

Proper care must be taken by each delegate to ensure against loss/ misplacement of badges and kits as no duplicate or replacement will be issued.

Cancellation/ Refund Rules:

75% of fees refunded if nomination/s is/are cancelled 30 days prior to the Conference.

50% of fees refunded if cancellation intimation is received upto 15 days prior to the Conference.

NO refund (full fee forfeiture) if cancellation is intimated less than 14 days prior to the Conference.

Name changes /proxy names are gladly accepted at all times. However, kindly convey name changes at least 72 hours before commencement of conference in order to avail a printed badge.

DISCLAIMER The producers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the Agenda in order to best suit the objectives of the event. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution or re-scheduling or cancellation of a presentation, topic or speaker - in part or whole.

If the event is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of rain, war, fire, acts of terrorism, national emergency, labor dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance, inevitable accidents, the non-availability of the event premises, Acts of God or any other cause not within the control of the Organizers, the producers of the event will be under no obligation or liability to refund the whole or part of such participation fees, and will further be under no financial or other liability whether civil, criminal or of any other nature whatsoever towards delegates, patrons or business visitors in respect to any actions, claims, losses (including consequential losses), costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the delegates or business visitors as the result of the happening or non-happening of the event.
