THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE:
Minuri Silva Divija Lahe Mariola Romero Organizing Committee President AIESEC Warwick AIESEC Nottingham AIESEC Aston
THE CHAIR!
JOSH CONRAN
Josh Conran is a second year Management student at the University of Nottingham and is the driving force behind this summit. His keen business acumen and many accomplishments,
including him turning around a failing and unprofitable business and finally selling the company for approximately ten times its original price in 2011, demonstrate his passion for the business world. Josh is probably one of the most sarcastic people around, however, he is known
to have revealed that his ultimate secret superpower is “to make people happy”!
YOUR FACIS:
MARK HAGGAN
Mark was an active AIESEC member for 6 years and is now a star AIESEC alumnus. Mark has chaired many National and Local Conferences, and brings the plenary to life with his grand humour, his energy and his warm personality. Now, he works at TUI travel and,
although he is very busy, he still makes time to revisit and teach us something new every time he does.
NATASHA TREWMAN
Natasha Trewman is an Account Manager at Procter & Gamble. She is an ex-‐AIESECer, and a very supportive alumnus. Natasha is aware of not only the impact AIESEC has, but also the skills that new members will benefit from for the oncoming
year. During a discussion with Josh Conran about a prospective Traineeship she agreed to Faci at the Summit.
TOM CASSIDY
Tom is a Senior Learning and Development professional at Working Voices with
international experience of leading talent development initiatives, designing powerful learning programmes and lifting business performance. He’s also a seasoned and inspiring coach.
