On the other hand, the company Degrad deals with the construction of high quality real estate on the island of Krk, project development services and management of investment projects in civil engineering, for both residential, commercial, retail and tourist purposes. Each villa has a residential surface of 180 - 200 sqm and consists of ground floor and first floor. In the ground floor, there are living room, kitchen and dining room, hallway, bathroom and spacious terrace with exit to the courtyard and sundeck.
