• 1,067 Students• 134,374 SF total building (123,345 SF of co-funded + 11,029 SF of LFI)

– Allowance to abate/demo four (4) existing Elementary Schools• Anthony Wayne Elementary – sold to Catholic School; repurposed • Brickell Elementary – demolished; District still owns land• Slocum Elementary – sold to City; repurposed into Municipal Court• Spencer Elementary – sold to County; repurposed into Senior Center

– Co-funded Project Cost: $22,025,045

– Finalize Master Plan Scope in April/May 2010– Unsuccessful in 1 year to raise Local Share = Lapsed District.

Continue to raise funds and contact OSFC for next cycle of funding. Enrollment updated and current Construction Costs applied; District goal to anticipate changes so raised Local Share is correct.
