DEFAULTERS LISTThe under listed employers have not remitted NSSF contributions for their employees despite reminders on several occasions. This notice serves to remind these employers that they are required to remit the arrears at the earliest opportunity. Employers may also agree a payment schedule and sign a deed of settlement with the Fund detailing terms of payment. Employers who fail to remit the respective contributions will be subjected to the law as provided for under the NSSF Act (Cap 222).

Please note that amounts published only constitute the standard contribution due to date and exclude the statutory interest and penalties accruing on the unpaid contributions. The NSSF Act prescribes a penalty of 10 per cent per month chargeable on the amount in default. The Fund may also recover legal and related administrative costs from the defaulting employers.
