DEDICATION
I dedicate this book to my three daughters,
Kenzie, Vivian, and Izzy.
They continually inspire me every day!
INTRODUCTION
The key to living is to start each day in the best possible vibration and “feel-good"
place. My wish for you is that you find these quotes inspiring and meaningful so
you can find encouragement and inspiration each day.
This book works in several ways. One way is to pick a number from 1 - 100, see
which quote you have selected, and use that quote to inspire you through your
day. You could write the quote down and read it often during your day or use it as
a focus in your meditation.
Quotes from some of the greatest minds and most empowering teachers through
history have helped when I needed a dose of encouragement or inspiration. I hope
you find this book does the same for you and helps make your day a little brighter!
