DECREE Nr. 2016.0014 By the Grace of Almighty God and with Divine Permission, We, Adao Pereira Mar Basilius, Inform that in accordance to the canonical laws that governs our Ecclesiastical Province (Ecclesiastical Sovereign Principality) and in accordance with the traditions and laws of the Ancient Apostolic and Catholic Church of the East, according to the Code of Canons, Title II, Canon 2, Section 3, of the Sovereign Ecclesiastical Principality, we certify through this instrument, the creation and establishment of The Grand Priory of Turtle Island An international, non-profit Corporate Sole dedicated to the healing of people and the land through mostly monastic or indigenous measures.. The international headquarters are in Papantla, Veracruz, Mexico and span the United States, Mexico, and all of the Caribbean Islands, which is the ancient Turtle Island, and is appointed Grand Master, the Dr. Timothy Atkinson. In Anapolis, GO (Brazil), Apostolic See. On the 17rd day of November. 2017. We sign and confirm with our hand and seal with our arms.
