When U.S based DecisivEdge expanded into Canada, they chose to use Steelcase product in line with their global standards. Looking to create a fresh, fun and contemporary space that would both attract and retain future employees, they approached POI. POI assisted DecisivEdge in further scoping their objectives which included optimizing real estate while creating a warm and welcoming environment.

The solution included providing workstations, a reception area, an adjacent interview room, a training room, 2 private offices and 2 meeting spaces. POI also helped coordinate the creation of servery space, and an IT communications room. POI AV specialists integrated table power, screens and Connectrac under carpet wireways to ensure that the space not only looked sharp but was technology ready.

POI worked very collaboratively with the client to manage their evolving needs. Staying on task and regularly communicating timelines was an important value add in keeping costs within budget. DecisivEdge have been vocal in how impressed they are with their new space and continue to give accolades to the POI team for exceeding expectations.
