Your company has people who strive for more. They have realized that an enterprise is under
constant evolution and can be improved. They have also realized that they can make a difference
to the success for the company. These employees have no problems working with set goals or
measurable activities. On the contrary, they feel secure with the fact that they are going the right
direction and that goal-oriented work pays off – both for the company and the employee. Education
is not something you are ”just given”. Educational possibilities are connected to the results of the
enterprise and it is a way to provide the employee with support so that she or he is motivated to
work harder and provide clearer goals.
Behaviour is to act Behaviour is mainly about ”myself” and how ”I act” in
different situations. Our standpoint is that every one of
us should learn to know ourselves and our own
potential so that we can see the potential of others as
well.
Decisive Behaviour Give everyone an opportunity to show what they are capable of achieving.
The participant is a person who has been working hard
to reach the position they are at today. This person
has some form of leadership within his/her position or
is well on their way towards such a position. Either
direct, by choice or indirect, due to training. The
person can be ”self made” or have taken prior classes
in leadership. The most important factor is that this
person wants to evolve...and that they are willing to
spend time, effort, energy and engagement to
succeed.
An intense and immediate start with practical tools for
everyday situations should provide an insight of the
ambition of the education. It is a training campus
where very dedicated participation is required. Few are fortunate enough to be born world champions. Most of us have to practice and train – even leadership.
Anyone can be a star – if they really want to be. Sometimes the process is quick. For most it takes
time.
Adapting to the participant No courses are identical. The goal might be the same, but the outcome and the details are
reflections of the participants own experience. It is not the map, but the reality which decides the
route. Theory is not worth much if it is not used in its right environment. This outlook is necessary
for all competitive, fast paced organizations. The pedagogic is integrated and presumes committed participation. It is referred to as standard modules with customized solutions.

Fire off Decisive Behaviour consists of two modules, where each module covers two days.
Part 1: Recognition and decisiveness In the first phase with old and new acquaintances the most unexpected can occur. The frames for
the groups future work is cemented by agreeing upon the rules. The theoretical bases of
perception and projection create a foundation for the participants to utilize their knowledge and work at giving positive feedback; act rather than react.
Part 2: Setting frames and decisiveness Co-workers should not be hurt, the customer cannot have everything, my colleague does not
keep what he promises, conflicts are unpleasant...but it should still be possible to give feedback.
The communicative methods are several, the opportunities to practice provide general rehearsals
for the participant to be able to face reality and handle ”real” discussions. It is possible to be
clear and distinct without being mean.
When, where, how? The location is adjusted to fit the participants and the special needs of the specific course. The size
of the groups will vary, but we will sustain high educational standards. More details regarding time, place and cost will be provided prior to enrolment.
Examination and quality reassurance The examinations are designed differently for the various training programs. They are voluntary,
but to retrieve your examination certificate you have to pass the exam. The examination consists
of both a verbal and a written exam. Literature studies are included. Attendance has to be at least
85%. The participants are given a detailed proof of examination which state achievements as well as the content and requirements of each course.
All our courses will be certified according to the internationally recognized organization EMCC
(European Mentoring and Coaching Council) which gives the education a high international status.
EQA (European Quality Award) approves and controls the quality of courses for coaching, mentoring as well as behaviourism and leadership.
The education provides every participant the tools to seek an individual certification for an EIA-
certificate (European Individual-Accreditation). It is EMCC's individual certification of people
working with individuals, groups or organizations with proven communicative methods which are
used by coaches and mentors. It is a certificate that not only guarantees that the applicant is
qualified within that specific area, but holds the criteria of educational knowledge and competence.
The examination sets high demands on knowledge and practical work experience. The applicant
has to have the ambition of constant personal development to be able to operate at highest professional level.
After the completed course, everyone is offered a private dialogue to ensure mutual quality reassurance.

the collective name LightPerspective Training Campus – Business through People. We work closely
in collaboration with people who have managed to put Swedish companies on the map in the
international business world. They have managed to let their employees grow with them. They
know a good product or service is not all it takes. It is necessary to utilize key employees within
the company and to bring out the best of each and every employee. Our education can make this

Education is earned and provides development Every education should in its extension be connected to the individual’s goal at their work, their
function or within the company. Our courses can be completely company-adjusted, open for everyone or a mix of both. LightPerspective Training Campus offers:
Decisive Behaviour Instead of pondering or talking ”about” others it is better to be able to express yourself directly to
whomever is affected. When doing this, it is imperative to be clear and distinct without prejudice or
throw your own opinions in the other person's face. This is not magic, but it is about seeing people,
you included, from a different perspective. The course is at basic level and is suitable in most situations. It is held during two plus two days.
Attitude for Business A product or a service can easily be copied, but...not your companies spirit and the attitude of the
employees. The course is for people with small or limited theoretical foundation within leadership.
They are age- or experience-wise at a junior level. They want to evolve in to managers and/or
leaders who are clear, who consolidates and structures the existing enterprise and can see the
connection to the business in all activities performed. The course consists of six parts, two days
each. We also provide you with a mentor for individual meetings and guidance.
Talent Management Complete responsibility, change, decision making and employee ship within given frames is at
focus in this course, connected to communicative methods which contains more than to ”just
asking questions”. The participant is a person with life experience that has held some kind of
leading position and has completed at least a basic leadership course before. They are willing to
evolve and the company wants to ensure that this person can grow within their company, not
move along to another. The course is divided in to six parts, two days each and extra days for group coaching and examination.
Global (ex)change Most speak about the global competition, but few work directly with it. Companies with
international affiliates sometimes find it easy to get well educated managers, but find it hard to
get decision making leaders. It takes time to get your enterprise running – that downtime cost
money. In the same way many companies experience a frustration with organization or products
when they are establishing in Sweden. This course is aimed at those who wants the tools and the
methods to work together with ”others” to be able to learn from ”others” - in a mutual beneficial
leadership-exchange program. The extent of the course will vary and will be customized according to the participant’s needs and desires.
Teach n’ Coach For several years, methods and tools have been developed, formed, tested and re-developed in
collaboration with clients and business partners. Our methods work. They facilitate and streamline
the enterprise with goals and higher profits or lower costs at the same time as they engage
employees. This course is for internal or external consultants who already master a reputable
communicative methodology, but wants more...It is about learning. And teaching. Teach n’ Coach
I and Teach n’ Coach II consists of six parts each, where each part is two days. You will
simultaneously be working within training groups.

Facilitators of Fire The process leaders work with development and implementation of leadership programs at
master's level, for example at IHM Businesses School (Sweden). They are very passionate about
the intensive leadership that can move from embers to flaming fire, but without the risk of it
breaking or burning out. The process leaders are at constant development by continuous training
and they secure the quality of their work with external supervision.
• They have been in the middle of the fire and worked ”hands on” with business acumen,
leadership and employee ship within the private sector, the public sector, for the
government and at schools.
• They are the authors and developers of several tools customized for the result oriented
leadership.
• They have academic degrees and are certified with decision making communicative
methodologies.
• Multi-year experience from having leadership positions combined with many and
meritorious assignments contribute to the courses being up-to-date.
Bodil Dahlgren Bodil has vast, deep, up-to-date experience from result-oriented
leadership within medium and large companies in Sweden as well as in
an international environment. Bodil has ”hands on” leadership
experience from the private sector, where ”result” and ”business” are
at focus and at the same time communication with the employee is a
vital key to success. She has fifteen years experience as a
management consultant and leadership educator. She runs profit-, enterprise- and relation-
oriented alteration processes where proven communication methodology is one of the base
fundamentals. Bodil works with intensity and presence within set goals and frames, but leaves
great creative freedom for the participants own processes and realities to evolve. It is in the
present it happens! Our motto is ”measurable goals and activities to get things to happen”.

Hindrik Öunpuu Leadership questions and the result-oriented leadership are issues Hindrik
has been working with during a long period of time, both at large and small
companies in Sweden and internationally. Hindrik currently works as an
external and internal consultant for alteration processes where balanced
scorecards for enterprise and leadership represent one out of several tools.
These tools coordinate activities with individuals and groups. Hindrik says ”I
can contribute to an increased efficiency within organizations by increasing
the self-awareness of leaders, managers, management teams and groups
regarding how attitudes, values, work environment, new markets and readjustments affect the
results of the company. What also intrigues me is how to increase the individual's ability to build an
effective and functioning organization”. From his own experience Hindrik knows that this work
procedure is as effective and functionable in government enterprises as the private sector.
