Typical screen print application can require translation time between art, screen and print. Perhaps a screen image of a particular part of the print needs reworking, or the customer decides they prefer it to be different. This kind of change can take several hours or even multiple days, with the Hybrid technology this takes minutes. As a trick an artist can send several variations of a print to the hybrid. After they print all the variations, they choose one which eliminates translation time altogether. SETUP TIMES AND PRINT CONSISTENCY Hybrid reduces set-up times. Using the same inks, mesh counts, squeegees, and procedures means you will use the same print method and press specifications. When you are changing over jobs, you won’t need to clean hardware or search for new hardware. Old squeegees and flood bars transfer to new

screens with the same settings allowing setups to move even faster than expected with a reduced screen count. PRINT ARCHITECT In true hybrid fashion, printers can architect a screen / digital combo to print on any fabric. If you can screen print it, you can hybrid print it. Users keep print consistency during a long run and across multiple runs of the same design.
