Both albums sold Gold and are among the most successful jazz albums to ever come out of Denmark. The Doky Brothers disbanded in 1998 and both brothers went on to create extremely impres- sive, prolific and enduring individual solo careers. The brothers reunited briefly for the first time in 10 years, in the summer of 2008, at a sold out show in Tivoli’s Glassalen, where they were both given the Ben Webster Award. This Christmas, the brothers finally reunite once again, for their first public performance since their 2008 Tivoli show. They are joined by their long time friend and legendary Montmartre drummer, the great Alex Riel. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear three of Denmark’s most significant musical icons together on the same stage.
