Letter to the BuzzPretenders to Contenders? Legal???   A ew people and a ew groups think that they can just do whatever they wish relating to NVCCA and750 St. Marie condo units!! Here are a ew questions inregards to this:  1. Who or what gave ANYONE legal authority

to take any action on behal o 750 St. Marie propertyowners and their property?  2.  What LEGAL SANDING did anyone haverelating to North Valley County Condo Association?  3.  Why do some large NVCCA property ownerswho DON’ PAY their bills think that they shouldCONROL a resurrected NVCCA?  4. What DEEDS or SERVICES will these so calledinvestor/developers provide i placed in charge o theassociation? ....and WHO WILL PAY or same?

  5.  What LAWYER or JUDGE advised or statedwhat’s LEGAL O DO any o these present and utureactions affecting 750 St. Marie condos and their owners?  6. What LAWS were QUOED or being APPLIEDto the current actions taken by Kelly, Bethea, DM,Mitchell, and others.....relating to NVCCA?  7.  Can anybody show that VALID LEGALACIONS have been considered and PREMAUREACIVIY taken is not ILLEGAL?  8. Who stands to GAIN and who stands to LOSEduring and afer completion o NVCCA activity?

  9.  WHO has the MOS money INVESED inNVCCA properties, has PAID ALL their BILLS, and haacted EHICALLY, HONESLY, AND LEGALLY?  CONCLUSION:  Shouldn’t the proven ethicalhonest, legal olks have control and lead NVCCASome investors claim that making NVCCA operationawill help in clearing up property titles, are their unpaidbills creating clouds on their property titles now? Whais the real goal o investor/developers? Is it to lien and

oreclose on others’ properties?  OPINION:  One would think that those who paytheir bills, act ethical, honest, and legal would be theONLY ONES that were QUALIFIED to control and servon the NVCCA board. Tis should be the minimumrequirement necessary to lead St. Marie orward. Alo these questions should be answered straight up byinvestor/developers.
