What has Occurred So Far
• Geothermal Testing
• Archeological Study
• Environmental Studies – Phase I & II
• Geotechnical Servicesa. Soil borings start in December 2010.b. Geotechnical Company will be onsite for approximately a week with
their equipment.c. Soil samples help determine the bearing capacity of the soil for the
new building.d. All soil borings will be back-filled onsite by Geotech Company.
• Program of Requirementsa. Design team, CCS, and schools have reconciled the program for the
project.b. Basic massing studies of the building.c. Site Analysis.
