1. Purpose. To promulgate schedules for Army-Navy Week and assign responsibilities for associated events. Prepare the Brigade of Midshipmen to think, act, and look like leaders in the world's greatest Navy and Marine Corps.

2. Information. During the period 5-10 December 2016, the Brigade of Midshipmen will be involved in various events leading up to the Army vs Navy football game. The schedules for the major events can be found in enclosures (1) tlu·ough (8).

3. Mission. Set conditions to execute a safe, spirited Army-Navy Week, professionally, with dignity and respect.

4. End State. Ensure all actions are in keeping with service core values; enhance the spirit, morale, and camaraderie within the Brigade of Midshipmen in preparation for the contests between Army and Navy. All persons shall be treated with dignity and respect. All spaces and facilities shall be in the same or better condition than before Army-Navy Week.

5. Action

a. Overall coordinator is CAPT Flaherty, Operations Officer, with LT Romero, extension 3-7126, assisting as required.

b. Transpmiation and logistics are being coordinated by LT Kamm, Logistics Officer, extension is 3-7136.

c. The USNA Pep Rally, the Pentagon Pep Rally, the Patriot Games, and the Bell Ringing Ceremony, are being coordinated by LT Turner, Midshipmen Activities Officer, extension 3-7135.

(1) The USNA Pep Rally is scheduled for 7 December from 1900-2000 at Hospital Point and Dahlgren Hall as the weather alternative. See enclosure (2) for the timeline.

(2) The Pentagon Pep Rally is scheduled for 8 December. Drum and Bugle Corps, Navy Spirit, and members from 13th Company will attend this event. Coordination with the Pentagon is in progress. See enclosure (3) for the timeline.

(3) The Patriot Games begin in Baltimore on 9 December at 0700 with the Leadership Reaction Course and will end on 10 December after the last event, the stadium obstacle relay is completed. The pmiicipants have been selected and the MO has been submitted. See enclosure (5) for schedule of events.

(4) The Bell Ringing Ceremony is scheduled for 12 December from 1210-1245 at Tecumseh Comi in order to recognize all spmis teams who have beat Army in Navy games this year. Confirmation is in progress with the list of teams who will be recognized to ensure their attendance. See enclosure (6) for the timeline.

(5) In the case of victory over Army in varsity football, the Enterprise Bell will be rung on the hour, from the time the results are known in Bancroft Hall until the team returns. Midshipmen left behind when the Brigade attends the game, will ring the Enterprise Bell until the Brigade returns.

(6) Midshipman Nick Morris (Brigade Operations Officer) and Midshipmen Shannon Johnson (Navy Spirit President) are the Midshipmen-in-Charge of the USNA Pep Rally and will assist Commandant Operations as needed.

d. The 13th Company 2016 Ball Run is being coordinated by LT Panish, 13th Company Officer, SSgt Orozcocolorado, 13th Company Senior Enlisted Leader, and MIDN Ryan Gaffney. LT Parrish's extension is 3-7313. See enclosure (4) for the timeline.

e. The Gala will be held at the Baltimore Convention Center (BCC); the specific timeline is TBD. The Point of Contact (POC) for this event is Kris Morgenthaler, extension 3-8712. See enclosure (1) for the tentative timeline.

f. Musical Activities, in addition to Drum and Bugle performing at the Pentagon Pep Rally, Pipes and Drums intends on performing in a competition against Army Pipes and Drums.

g. Midshipmen Activities Group (MAG) intends to execute the following events during Army-Navy Week, 4-9 December:

(4) 9 December: MAG, Wreaths Across America.

(5) 9 December: OCF-Baltimore Soup Kitchen volunteering, location TBD, 1800-2100.

(6) 9 December: Final pickup date for Giving Tree.

h. The Debate Team will be competing against Army in the Annual Army-Navy Public Debate at the War of 1812 Museum in Baltimore on 9 December. This event is open to the public. The POC for this event is Danielle O ' Gonnan 3-6853.

i. Bus plan is IA W Enclosure (8). Depicted is the layout for loading the buses at USNA. Enclosure (9) is the layout in Baltimore of Game Day, bus parking, and the muster point. Enclosure (7) is the time line for the day of the game, from departure from USNA to return to USN A.

j. The Navy Midshipmen will be hosted by the Army West Point Black Nights in the 117th Annual Army vs. Navy Football game. Kickoff is set for 1500 EST in Baltimore, MD at M&T Banlc Stadium.
