DELIVERYOrders are shipped UPS ground, unless expedited shipping is requested. Domestic orders over $500 qualify for FREE ground shipping. PACKAGINGAll jewelry can be packaged in grey gift boxes for a $1 surcharge per piece. Please request this service when placing your order. Otherwise, all jewelry will be neatly packaged in clear bags and securely wrapped in bubble wrap.

SHIP DATESEvery Dear Margot piece is handmade, so availability may be limited depending on size of order. Please allow a lead time of one to three weeks depending on size of order. Please contact Dear Margot if you have a time sensitive order,and every attempt will be made to ship your order out asap. We can only accept returns or an exchange if the merchandise is faulty in some way. An exchange will be issued if a piece of jewelry is damaged during shipping.

CompanyDesigns consist of various materials such as semi-precious stones, wood, shell, laser-engraved walnut wood, swarovski crystal, fire-polished glass, vintage materials, antique brass, 14K / 20 gold fill and sterling silver. In many cases, we choose materials that are eco-conscious (like coral limestone instead of coral) and recycled materials (like some of the wood which is made from recycled furniture scraps).

Dear Margot Jewelry celebrates the unique and eclectic woman who cares about authenticity, the arts, the earth and good company. She values individuality, design and good craftsmanship.

Each piece is handcrafted in Denver, Colorado.
