Becoming moms has been a dream for both of us for a long time, and we can’t wait to welcome a little one into our lives. Our “village” of family and dear friends are waiting with excitement right along with us! Married since 2009, we are best friends and soul mates, with so much love to give to a child. Laura is the most compassionate person I know. At her very core, she is a caretaker and will provide a stable and loving environment in which a child can grow into the most fulfilled version of themselves. One of my favorite things was watching Laura play guitar and sing to a foster child we helped. She has an amazing creative mind, and intuitively understands what people are feeling, which will make her an incredible mother. Laura is self-sacrificing, and would give all that she has to ensure her child finds happiness in life. For these reasons, I am proud to be married to her, and I am so very excited about the family life we will build together.

Jenn is truly the most the authentic, warm, and loving person I have ever met. She wakes up in the morning happy (and usually singing something), she sees the best in everyone, and she has a playful spirit. Jenn cultivates meaningful friendships that survive the test of time in an inspiring way. Jenn always gets a twinkle in her eye around kids, so it was no surprise when she chose to move back to Ohio from New York to be an active aunt when her nephew was born. It has been an honor to watch her be an amazing aunt for many years, and I can’t wait to see her be an even more amazing mom.
