AIOT, Alliance of International Organizations of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, was established in 2018 to provide a platform of communication and collaboration between the five leading international organizations in the field of orthopaedics and traumatology. APOA, EFORT, PAOA, SICOT and SLAOT are the members of this alliance.

The first scientific event of the alliance will be AIOT Orthopaedic Trauma Course which will be held in Antalya, Turkey from 14 to 17 April 2020.
