If you and your co-author(s) could not attend to present your paper for some reasons, please inform us well before the time. And if you are registered then we will send you, the official receipt of registration fee, proceedings after the conference free of charge (if you intimate us by 10 am May 5, 2014 Dubai Time).

If you have any problem in preparing the final paper, please feel free to contact us via info@iieng.org as If the author is NOT able to format the IIE Provides the formatting facilty with USD 30 dollars to be paid by the author alongwith the FEE.
