Thisre)ort in -rief encom)asses the outcomes of the evaluation and recommenedremedial measure Hith conclusion
In some areas roof soffit )laster 0non structural damages are re)aired alread+. And insome areas dam)ness are +et to e re)aired. It has -een advised to re)air dam)nessusing dam)roff materials. Non#structural crac" in -ric" Hall and RC -eam 7unctionare advised to -e re)aired -+ re)lastering.
Its adviced to )re)are a Hater)roofing mem-rane using admi(ture in roof.
At the end of anal+ses it is revealed that the )ile foundations are ade;uate -oth insie and reinforcement. The )rovision of ade;uate stiffness )articularl+ lateral stiffness is a ma7or consideration in the designof a -uilding for several im)ortant reasons.
