* If you’re travelling within the EU, get the stamp on your form at the final point of departure from the EU.

• Please allow enough time for the refund process.• Have your purchases ready to present at Customs, not in

your checked-in luggage.• Present your completed Tax Free Form, receipts, passport

and purchased items at Customs to receive a stamp.*

• Go to a Refund Office displaying the Global Blue logo. • Receive your refund in cash, or paid to your credit card

within five days. • OR mail your stamped, completed Form(s) and receipts in

the pre-paid envelope provided and receive your refund within three weeks (from receipt of the envelope).

* The refund you will receive is the full VAT amount minus Global Blue’s handling fee.

Important notice for Downtown Refund or Fast Refund Services: If you have already processed your tax refund in a Downtown Refund point or via the Fast Refund service, please remember, you still need to have the Form stamped by Customs. Then mail it back to Global Blue within 15 days using the pre-paid envelope.
