1 Open the File 2018 Calendar from the DDCC Website/ Programmes and Meetings2. Save the Excel file in CSV format to a location of your choice on your PC or mac.

3. Open Outlook Calendars

4. Select File from Top Left

5. Select Open / Export

6. Open Import / Export

7. Select “Import from another program or file” then “next”

8. Select “Comma Separated Values” then “next”

9. Browse to find the saved CSV file (item 2)

10. If it is the first import select “Allow duplicates to be created” the “next”

11. Select the calendar youu are using from the drop down list. Then “next”

12. Select the highlighted field starting “Import” so “Finish” is available to select. The mapping will be automatic. 13. On selecting finish the information will download
