technologies and products, and have built a strong R&D team to

this end. As a professional ODM company, our R&D team listens

to our customers with care and quickly transforms their ideas

into prototypes.

In doing so, we help enable our customers to rush their

products to market before their competitors. In addition, with

our relentless efforts to develop new designs, we have obtained

numerous patents in various countries.

In 2005, we integrated an innovative new press-fit technology

into production, omitting the solder procedure and avoiding the

use of lead. As a result of this new technology, the product is

not only environment-friendly, but also guarantees more stable

transmission and better conductivity quality.

By constantly developing high quality products, in 2008 we

became the first company in Asia to be certified by ETL (Electrical

Testing Labs) for a 10G solution. Nonstop, Cat.6A connecting

hardware qualification by ETL was achieve in the year 2009.

Again we let the certificate tell our capability. There'll be more

Cat.6A component products on their way to be released in the

coming year.

Application

1. Strip approximately 40mm (1.5”) of the cable jacket and fold back the tinned copper braids.

2. Twist the copper braids and remove the foil of each pair.

3. Insert the wiring organizer, and then seat the wires into the wire slots according to the wire scheme.

4. Trim the excess wires along the edge of the wiring block by using a diagonal cutter.

5. Push- in t he w i r i ng b lock according to the arrow guide on the top of the jack housing. Cover the IDC terminals.

6. Terminate by pushing to close the metal shield from both sides.

7. Push to click the wings for secure connection.

8. Place the cable-tie around the shield base and cut the excess after tightening up. Ensure that the copper braids touch the shield base closely.

9. Completion.

NOTE: Suitable for insulated conductors with a diameter smaller than 1.43mm.

Fix the grounding lug to the grounding bond in your cabinet.
