RN Required and BSN strongly preferred. 2 or more years of supervisoryand/or management experience required. 3 or more years of hospital RN experience alsorequired. Candidate must poses good communication skills, problem solving skills, and beable to lead staff in a progressive and professional manner. Prior experience with CPOE andEMR strongly preferred.
