Army List ChoicesThe lower part of the screen as below is where you will set your army list choices (numbered 1-14 in red for reference).

Army List Sheets

Army names and periods can be recorded on the AP Values sheet under "Army View name" and then selected from the "Book No", "List No", "Aggression Factor" and "Home Climate" should be completed as per the Army List Books. "CinC is" should be completed as appropriate. This sets the cost of any stratagems used by the CinC.

Reset Commands - Clears Columns A, B C, D and Train on the Army List SheetClear Army / Command List - Clears both sheets - use before the Create buttons..Create Command List - Transfers your army selection to the Command List Sheet and adds the Casualty sheet to it.Create Army Print Sheet - Transfers details of Army, Troops, AP by Command plus Strategems and Terrain into a printable format.

Explanation of columns.1 Min Enter the minimum number of elements specified in the DBMM Army Lists2 Max Enter the maximun number of elements available to your army from the DBMM Army Lists3 Qty This cell totals the number of elements allocated to all commands A-D and Train and if this total is outside the min or max then the background colour changes to red.4 Desc Enter the description of your troops - ie Spartan Hoplites. Command Baggage can be entered in any "white" cells.5 # Choose either Reg (regular) or Irr (irregular) from dropdown list6 Type Choose troop classification ie Sp(S), Sp(O) etc from dropdown list - add extra code for "Chariots, Double based Elements etc below

The green cells should not be changed.12 Elm avl Enter the total number of elements you have "painted/bought". If total number allocated to all the commands exceeds the no available then background goes red.13 ME eqv Shows the Morale Equivalent for that troop type. An X means that troop type combination is not permitted ie Irr Art(S)14 Allowed Allows you to mark the terrain permitted for your army.
