To arrange guest lecture for the students of B.Com with Foreign Trade
Adv. JayprakashSomani, Pune guided the students of B.Com with Foreign Trade on the topic “How to become an exporter?” on 18.07.2014. This programme was organized by Forum of Foreign Trade Students (FOFTS).
On 12 Jan 2015 Mr.Palnitkar (State Bank of India) guided 59 students about the Foreign Exchange Transactions in banking industry.
To select the needy students for “Earn & Learn Scheme”
The students council incharge teachers selected the needy students for this scheme and provide financial assistance to ‘Earn & Learn Scheme’
To organize parents meet On 09.08.2014 the parents meet was organized by BBA Department in which 60 parents attended. Mr. Bembade, Dr.Kauthale, Dr. K.S. Badade discussed the various issues with the parents.
To organize guest lectures by external faculties
On 02.08.2014 Prof. NavneetBhandari guided BBA students on ‘Self Development & Positivity’.
On 16.08.2014 the group discussion was arranged for 90 students.
On 11.10.2014 one day workshop on group discussion and personal interview was arranged in which Mr.S.V. Dhage guided 94 students.
To promote the teachers to attend workshops/conferences/seminars
On 22.07.2014 four research guides attended the workshop on Inflibinet-Anti Plagiarism Software at SRTM University, Nanded.
On 23.08.2014 four teachers participated in ‘CAS-API workshop’ at ShahidBhagatsingh College, Killari.
To organize cultural workshop for students
During 24.08.2014 to 26.08.2014 three days cultural workshop was organized which was inaugurated by Adv.ShyamsundarRathi. Total 34 students and 14 teachers participated.
To organize career guidance On 18.09.2014 a seminar on ‘Tally & its benefits for securing a job’ which was attended near about 800
events for students students. Mr.Mukesh Mishra from tally institute, Mr. VishnuprasadSarda (Latur District franchise) guided the students.
To arrange a special event Verve 2014
The management event- Verve 2014 was organized during 19 & 20.09.2014 in which 492 students actively participated in various competitions.
To arrange college level research festival ‘Avishkar’
In Oct 2014 a college research festival ‘Avishkar’ was organized and students were guided for research aspects.
On 10.10.2014,15 students participated at district level research festival at Dayanand Science College, Latur.
On 31.12.2014 and 1 Jan 2015 four students participated in University Level Avishkar.
During 21 to 23 Jan 2015 three students participated in State Level Avishkar at Nagpur University. Mr.ShrikantPandya won the First State Prize at Maharashtra State Level.
To promote school students for NCFE-NFLAT arranged by National Centre for Financial Education
The Financial Literacy Cell of the college promoted School students for NCFE-NFLAT. Total 4539 students from 3 schools benefited from the drive. Mr. KuldeepThareja, Mumbai visited the test venue and complimented our college resource persons.
To arrange students visits to social projects.
On 31.12.2014 the NSS department visited ‘Sanvedana Cerebral Palsy Centre’ along with 30 volunteers and 3 teachers.
To arrange a National Conference
The department of Commerce & Management arranged the National Conference in collaboration with UGC on 16 & 17 Jan 2015. The theme of the National Conference was “A paradigm Shift in Indian Business Environment”.
To collect feedback from students
In Feb 2015, a committee collected students feedback about teachers performance. It was analysed by the committee and communicated to the related teachers.
To organize Remedial Coaching Classes for Weak Learners
The weak learners from B.Com course were identified on the basis of their performance in examination. Their classes were arranged in Feb/March 2015. Total 70 students benefited from the activity.
To increase the budget for un-aided course teachers research grant
A provision of Rs.1,50,000 was made in the budget. The unaided course teachers will get a reimbursement of Rs.2,000 per teacher for research papers, publication.
To promote the teachers for submitting Minor/Major research projects.
To teachers applied for the Minor research project to UGC
To fill the post of Librarian As per the Maharashtra State and SRTMU Nanded norms the selection procedure was started.
To construct new classrooms to accommodate the increased strength of students.
It was decided to construct 8 classrooms. 4 on BCA building (3rd floor) and 4 on Commerce Building (3rd floor). The work started.
To organize gender sensitivisationprogrammes and special programmes for girl students
The members of YuvatiKalyanMandal were selected through personal interviews. The inauguration programme was organized on 25.09.2014 by Mrs.SmitaParchure.
On 08.10.2014 Mrs.KumodiniBhargav (Narishakti) inaugurated the DandiyaRas Festival.
To organize financial literacy workshops for different target groups
The Financial Literacy Cell organized half a day workshop for different target groups such as School Students, College Students, Middle Income Group, Young Investors, Executivesetc.Total 4627 participants benefited from 40 workshops.

On 08.08.2015 ShriNavnathChoudhari guided B.Com students.
On 22.08.2015 Shri L.M. Kulkarni guided on ‘Loan Procedure’ to B.Com Students.
On 03.09.2015 the B.B.A. department organize a Mock Group Discussion under the guidance of Mr.ManojPatil.
On 05.09.2015 Mr.AnantDeshpande gave a guest lecture for B.Com Students.
To organize college level research festival ‘Avishkar’ for students
The college research festival was organized on 03.10.2015 in which 18 students presented their projects which were evaluated
10 students and 2 teachers participated in the district level research festival ‘Avishkar’ at College of Computer Science & Information Technology, Latur on 05.10.2015
During 30 to 31.12.2015 four research scholars participated at university level research festival at Nutan College, Selu. All of them were declared as a winners and sent to next level.
During 10 to 12.01.2016 four research scholars participated at University research festival at Pune University.
To organize special guest lectures for B.Com with Banking & Insurance Students
On 06.01.2016 ShriAjit Mane (Development officer, LIC, Ambejogai) guided the students on ‘Careers in Insurance Industry’.
On 13.01.2016 Shri. Vilas Ektare (Retired
Branch Manager of Bank of Baroda) guided the students on ‘Careers in Nationalized Banks’.
On 07.01.2016 Shri. HemantDodal (Development Officer, Latur) guided students on ‘Life Insurance’.
On 28.01.2016 Shri. KalidasSubramanyam (Branch Manager, Bank of Maharashtra, Latur) guided students.
To organize Entrepreneurship development programmes
Mrs.Smita Bajaj, Mrs.RupaJaju (Women Entrepreneurs from Latur) conducted practicals on Handicrafts and guided girl students about the business opportunities in that field on 28.01.2016. Total 120 students participated.
To organize special guest lectures for the students B.Com with Foreign Trade
On 12.02.2016 Mr.GajananSaraf (LG Electronics Ltd) guided 38 students on ‘Export documentation & the process of exporting’
To organize financial literacy workshops for different target groups
The Financial Literacy Cell organized half a day workshop for different target groups such as School Students, College Students, Middle Income Group, Young Investors, and Executives etc.
Through 43 workshops 4214 participants benefited.

To organize Remedial Coaching Classes for Weak Learners
The weak learners from B.Com course were identified on the basis of their performance in examination. Their classes were arranged during 13.08.2016 to 02.09.2016. Total 65 students benefited from the activity.
To fill the post of Librarian As per the Maharashtra State and SRTMU Nanded norms the selection procedure was started. The librarian was selected and appointed on full time basis on probation of one year.
To promote school students for NCFE-NFLAT arranged by National Centre for Financial
The Financial Literacy Cell of the college promoted School students for NCFE-NFLAT. Total 7578 students from 31 schools benefited
Education from the drive. Mr. Abhay Chopra, Head, Corporate Marketing and Certifications, NISM, Mumbai visited the test venue and complimented our college resource persons.
Any other On 05.08.2015 the Vice-Chancellor of SRTM University, Nanded gave a lecture through Video Conferencing for teaching staff members.
To organize gender sensitivisationprogrammes and special programmes for girl students
The members of YuvatiKalyanMandal were selected through personal interviews. The inauguration programme was organized on 25.08.2015 by Ex Principal Dr.KamlataiThakar.
On 17.10.2015 the DandiyaRas Festival was arranged.
A Health checkup camp was arranged through Dr.Sunita Bajaj (VenkateshPathologoy, Latur). In which 150 girl students benefited.
On 10.02.2016 Dr.SnehalDeshmukh&Dr.AnujaKulkarni guided on ‘PCOS’ and related health problems.
On 08.03.2016 Dr.ManjulaJagratka, Mumbai conducted a half day workshop on ‘Income awareness activity’ for women entrepreneur.

A committee collected student’s feedback about teachers’ performance. It was analyzed by the committee and communicated to the related teachers.
To organize Remedial Coaching Classes for Weak Learners
The weak learners from B.Com course were identified on the basis of their performance in examination. Their classes were arranged in 18.08.2016 to 30.09.2016 & 07.02.2017 to 04.03.2017. The B.Com students benefited from the activity.
To fill the post of Librarian As per the Maharashtra State and SRTMU Nanded norms the selection procedure was started.
To promote school students for NCFE-NFLAT arranged by National Centre for Financial Education
The Financial Literacy Cell of the college promoted School students for NCFE-NFLAT. 8324 students from 33 schools benefited from the drive. Mr. KuldeepThareja, Mumbai visited the test venue and complimented our college resource persons.

The Financial Literacy Cell organized half a day workshop for different target groups such as School Students, College Students, Middle Income Group, Young Investors, Executives etc.
To organize college level research festival ‘Avishkar’ for students
The college research festival was organized in September 2016
The district level festival was organized by the University during exam period. So, Students could not participate.
To organize gender sensitivisationprogrammes and special programmes for girl students
The members of YuvatiKalyanMandal were selected through personal interviews. The inauguration programme was organized.
BhartiyStri Shakti, VivekJyotiSaptahik, Mumbai &JanataSahkari Bank Ltd. Pune organized ‘VivekJyoti Workshop’ for girl students. Some girl students demonstrated self defence tactics and after those experts guided on ‘Personality development of girls’.
During 31.12.2016 to 02.01.2017, a Health checkup camp was arranged through
Dr.SunitaBajaj (VenkateshPathologoy, Latur). In which 380 girl students benefited.
To organize Financial Education Week (FEW) 2017
During 30.01.2017 to 04.02.2017 the Financial Education Week (FEW) 2017 was organized by the Financial Literacy Cell of the College. It was in collaboration with Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI) and National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM).
A FINLIT test was organized by the FINLIT cell in which 211 students of our college and 44 students of GovindlalKanhaiylal Joshi (Night) Commerce College, Latur participated. The first 3 toppers were felicitated.
To apply for the testing centre of NISM, Mumbai
The college applied for the testing centre of NISM certification courses. In March 2017 the college was approved as a testing centre. During Summer vacations the first batch of the course Mutual Funds distributors’ certificate was guided by Mr.ShrikantPandya.
To organize special guest lectures for B.Com with Banking & Insurance Students
The special batch of Banking Preparation Course started from 29.08.2016 regularly. It was concluded on 09.02.2017. Mr.MukeshJadhav, Mr.GuruprasadHundekar and other experts conducted regular lectures.
To start value education course for third year students
The curriculum, the schedule of guest lectures was prepared by the value education committee. Total 17 lectures were organized throughout the year. It was one of the best practices to inculcate motivate thoughts and value orientation among students.
Any other The knowledge resource centre (KRC) celebrated ‘WachanPrerna Din’ on 15.10.2016. In which Dr.AnkushkumarChavan (HOD, Languages) motivated the students for reading.
The best reader competition was arranged and the first three best readers felicitated.
On 14.04.2017 a special event of ’18 hours study’ was arranged on the birth anniversary of Dr.BabasahebAmbedkar.

To organize Financial Education Week (FEW) 2018
During January 2018 the Financial Education Week (FEW) 2018 was organized by the Financial Literacy Cell of the College. It was in collaboration with Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI) and National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM).
A FINLIT test was organized by the FINLIT cell in which students of our college and the students from 9 colleges of Latur District participated. The first 3 district toppers were felicitated.
To start the first batch of NISM, Mumbai certification courses.
During second term the first batch of the course Mutual Funds distributors’ certificate was guided by Mr.ShrikantPandya. Total 16 students were certified.
To organize special guest lectures for B.Com with Banking &Insurance Students
The special batch of Banking preparation course started from 21 Dec.2017 regularly. Mr.G.S.Mhetre,Mr.Ram Halve, Mr.SandeepJadhav conducted regular lectures.
To continue value education course for third year students

Organization of State Level Workshop on ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ and other subjects
The State level workshop was organised on “Intellectual Property Rights and filing Patents’ in collaboration with IPFACE, Venture Centre, Pune on December 2017
The State level workshop was organised on “Use of the ICT in higher education’ in collaboration with Mastersoft, Nagpur on December 2017.
Organizing skill enhancement courses (SEC) for B.Com, BCA 2nd year students
The skill enhancement courses (SEC) started for B.Com, BCA 2nd year students
Participation in NIRF ranking. The college uploaded the data for the NIRF ranking.
Submitting proposal for M.Com additional division
The proposal was submitted to university, forwarded to the government, got the sanction for the additional division.
To establish Local Chapter of NPTEL
The Local chapter was established w.e.f.Nov.2017. The first batch was started from January 2018 to April 2018.The college was recognised as Active Local Chapter by NPTEL.
To enter into MOU with ICAI Aurangabad Chapter
The MOU was signed in April 2018.Some Collaborative events were organised in the college and at Aurangabad chapter.
Any other The knowledge resource centre (KRC) celebrated ‘WachanPrerna Din’ on 13.10.2017. In which Dr.Ramesh Joshi motivated the students for reading.
The best reader competition was arranged and the first three best readers felicitated.
On 12th April 2018 a special event of ’18 hours study’ was arranged on the birth anniversary of Dr.BabasahebAmbedkar. Total 101 students participated in the event.
