How to look up an old Wage Determination



(Enter DBA WD numbers in the following format: two-letter abbreviation for the state, and the number of the WD. For example, DBA WD "VA030003" is entered "VA3"; DBA WD "MD030150" is entered "MD150")

Overview of EPA Expectations for D-B Compliance• State must specify in loan agreement that city must comply

with Davis-Bacon.• State must ensure that community has inserted the EPA

Davis-Bacon contract language (from the Grant condition) into the bid documents and the contract.

• State must ensure that community has included federal Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations in bid documents and contract AND that correct Wage Determinations are used.

• State must ensure that community has hung Davis-Bacon poster on site.

• State must ensure that community has conducted (AND documented) laborer interviews.

• Community must notify state that weekly certified payrolls are being submitted.

• State must ensure a prevailing wage has been paid.
