Key Accomplishments:

Grade B in two out of the three years served at the Institute of Technical Education. Created and Launched a New College Syllabus Life Saving and Pool Management Elective. Managed a team of 4 executives to achieve the NAPFA Fitness target set by MINDEF for ITE College West

and received $50,000 incentive from MINDEF.

Key Accomplishments:

Participated in a taskforce (Continual Process Improvement 2011) that created procedures and training modules targeted at AVPs and VPs.
