Selected Achievements:

Re-structured and turned around poor performing SAP practice. Added new capabilities to support SAP’s Cloud offerings, HANA analytics, mobile and move to SAAS.

Created new SAP business strategy, completed practice reorganization, and hired new partners and business development leaders. A critical success factor was gaining practice leadership agreement and support through consultation and consensus building.

Grew and managed turnaround of regional consulting operation with full P&L accountability including developing and executing a new go to market strategy and re-building the consulting talent. Engaging with a cross functional team of audit, tax and consulting was key to leveraging existing market relationships.

Led search, close, and successful integration of an acquisition into the business with zero loss in headcount and revenue generation post acquisition. Retained 100% of personnel and clients.

Led the sales pursuit strategy, proposal development and orals presentation to close a $40+million ERP transformation program

Personal advisor to Fortune 500 CIO during 2 year SAP re-implementation and business transformation program. This was the most successful such program in the region and has set a new standard for excellence in the market.

Established Deloitte as one of the top two consulting firms in the local market.

PARTNER - CHICAGO

Led the Mid-West region SAP practice with $100M+ in revenues covering the full range of business operations with overall P&L accountability, business development, marketing, and recruitment. Personally led the contract negotiations and close of a $25 million SAP program. Subsequently led the project implementation and drove executive alignment and consensus across 12 regional business units.

Directed Deloitte’s regional Technology Practice for the mid-market leveraging various e-commerce technologies and other ERP products such as JD Edwards and Oracle.

Selected Achievements:

Converted a $20 million fixed fee project into a $100+ million 6 year relationship Pioneered a new low cost approach to SAP ERP implementations. Went against the commonly held

view that pre-built solutions would not work and generated over $75 million in incremental business

Prior tenures included:

(A pre-IPO e-commerce design and development firm.)

Head hunted to bring a consulting capability to a development centric culture. Inventa’s product and IPO road show were late relative to Razorfish and other competitors resulting in the IPO roadshow being suspended in April 2000.
